What a joyful day! Our guide Mauricio Sanchez was both polite and engaging, making the trip unforgettable. We snorkeled with manatees, truly the gentle giants of the Crystal River. The boat ride and visit to Homosassa State Park were highlights too—an educational adventure amidst nature’s wonders. Highly recommended for anyone looking to connect with wildlife!

Not complied with their promises-- We arrived late at around 9:19AM. BE AWARE!
I took only transportation option for going to the special event at Kennedy Space Center which needed to be there at 9:00AM. I was told by this tour/transportation provider that would arrive at 9:00-9:15AM; Unfortunately they have not complied with their promises and we arrived late at around 9:19AM. BE AWARE! On the other hand, our tour guide retired teacher, Bob was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He handed us well prepared packages with a cute sticker. I think the driver Steve was new in this job that Bob was constantly giving instructions to him--Perhaps that is why the transportation took longer than expected.

Fun Zone is the way to go to get a break from the ride! . Vivian took care of us with purchases of food and Drinks! Kids loved the Arcade !.. Thanks Vivian! Outstanding Service with a smile.. Can't beat that!!

I had a great experience with Vivian at Fun zone Arcade. She were friendly, patient, and super helpful when we had issues with a game machine and some prize redemption. Vivian went out of her way to make sure everything worked properly and that my kids left happy. It’s not often you get that kind of customer service these days—definitely appreciated!

Absolutely brilliant
Have wanted to visit here for years and it was even better than I’d imagined. So much to see, so interesting and lovely to see how those who lost their lives are remembered and honoured. The whole experience and exhibits were brilliant. The only one negative is that by and large the female staff didn’t seem very friendly or helpful but maybe they were having a bad day. The shuttle drivers were both brilliant and didn’t have to wait more than a couple of minutes each time. 100% recommend this for anyone visiting

The Dolphins came out!
Everything was great even down to booking the boat. We weren’t able to make it on time the day before so they made sure to get us in the next day and were very kind and accommodating. We had a great time and the fact that it was a speedboat made it even more fun. The dolphins clearly understand the assignment when the boat takes off and creates waves. My son loved it! The gentleman who hosted and drove the boat were very informative and very enjoyable! Totally recommend!
