Smooth and informative
We had the best day at Kennedy Space Centre. Pick up instructions were very clear and our guide Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave all the info we needed to start our day at KSC along with recommendations on which sites to prioritise and visit first which saved us a lot of time. He also kept us entertained during the ride to KSC by talking about the center and its history. The bus was clean and the ride was very smooth- we definitely recommend Gray Line.

A very unique experience
What an amazing and unique show, I would strongly recommend to visit such. Everything is perfectly organized, from bars and gift shops to actual show. Dinner was simple and absolutely delicious in the same time. Show takes all your attention: beautiful horses, falcon, actual fights. I’d definitely come back!

Well worth it
Unfortunately due to the weather the boat was cancelled but Kevin was amazing. Adding a few extra sights to fill the gap and his knowledge of Florida and the history is immense. If you are lucky enough to be on his tour, ask him about buying Tea for Sting 🤣

Ok if you are passionate about Space travel.
Bus waa late 15 min Guide was late 30min ( she informed there was an accident on the road) The information at the Space Center was interesting if you're a fan of Dpace travel. Clerks at NASA Space Center, are not friendly, most of them act as if they were doing you a favor, the remarkable exception are the bus drivers they have. I even witness a photographer getting angry because a customer said he didn't want a picture to be taken of his family. Some of the attractions needed a reservation in advance, and I don't remember receiving that info from the tour agency, so when I got there they were fully booked for the day. The Space Center is mostly a museum not a theme park.

Book a 2-Day Pass and do EVERYTHING!!!
Book a 2-day pass! It's just not possible to do everything in one day. I also booked the Explorer Bus Tour, which was so interesting as we got to get pretty close to launch pads and other key buildings. The tour guides were so knowledgeable and true story tellers. Also, if you're Uber-ing (like I did) prepare to pay a bit to get there, but getting one to/ from is easy. Even if you're not a space buff, this place and rides make you feel like part of something grand. It truly brought out the kid in this 40-something year old and I'd gladly do it again!

Amazing Staff/Fantastic Day
We chose Fun Spot Kissimmee to meet up with friends during hospitality days as it was also my daughter’s birthday. Everyone had such a great time! I want to make sure that I give a shout out to Silvia (I hope I remember her name correctly) she was a blessing sent from God when we arrived. It was a rainy morning and I thought our day was going to be ruined. Luckily Silvia saw us trying to find the entrance, greeted us with warmth and guided us on how to make the best of our day. Thank you Fun Spot for giving my daughter a day of smiles and thank you Silvia for helping to relieve some stress off this momma. 😊

Great excursion to Kennedy Space Centre
We had a fabulous excursion over to Kennedy Space Centre. Our guide Shawna, was really informative and good fun. I would highly recommend Gray Line Orlando to be customers, family and friends. Would 100% use them again. Thank you!!

Concerned
The dinner and theatre were excellent, and everything was very well-organized. I have significant concerns about the treatment of the horses, as it looked like the horses were discretely prodded to the point of pain, including those prancing and in particular the headlining horse. It looked like it was being inflicted pain to the point it was foaming at the mouth. I would not recommend this due to potential animal welfare concerns.

What an exciting day at the Kennedy Space Center! Our guide, Mauricio Sanchez, was absolutely phenomenal—so polite and knowledgeable, making every moment vivid and engaging. From the stunning rocket launches to fascinating behind-the-scenes stories, I felt totally immersed in the world of space exploration. The small group really allowed for personalized experiences and plenty of Q&A time with Mauricio, who clearly loves sharing his passion for space. I can't recommend this VIP experience enough. It was unforgettable! If you're considering a visit, don't hesitate—this is a must-do!

So much to do. So fun! The flight simulator was worth the wait. Seeing the launch pads drove home how massive the rockets are!

Nasa is great but you don’t need the guide
To start I want to say our tour guide was very pleasant and our bus driver was very good. So this review should not be taken that they created a bad or unpleasant experience in any way. Having said that. I don’t think the cost for the tour is justified. I’ve been on multiple Viator trips in various countries including the US. For all of the others the tour guide was with you throughout the day giving tips and insights and guiding you through your experience with some free solo time as well. For this trip they drive you to the Kennedy Space center and drop you off for the day. I looked and for the price of this tour with Viator I could have taken an Uber or Lyft both ways and bought the NASA tickets and still been less then we paid. Again nothing against the driver and tour guide personally but you don’t need them for this experience.

This was a unique and fun experience. I would recommend this to others, but would recommend coming in the winter so you have a better chance of seeing manatees. Our guide, Carmen, was great. She was very friendly and full of fun facts.

Fantastic day out
Fantastic day out. We attended on Saturday when the airboat tour is not included (so price is cheaper) and still had an absolutely fantastic fun filled full day. Kevin was extremely helpful, approachable and so knowledgeable- really interesting history/facts! Really worth it! We were able to snorkel and see the manatees and really enjoyed the visit afterwards to the state park.
