My day at the Kennedy Space Center and Airboat Safari was simply amazing! I loved it! From touching a piece of moon rock to exploring the Space Shuttle Atlantis, the experience was amazing. The thrill of the flight simulator was a rush! Then, the airboat ride through Florida's stunning swamps was a perfect way to unwind. Both adventures offered incredible value for money, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout. Thank you to Shawna and Shaun (driver) for organizing this trip!

Fun, lots to do

The water was a little cloudy making it difficult to see the manatee. The airboat ride was super fun she we saw many alligators in the wild. We also enjoyed holding the back alligator- although I felt sorry for him with his mouth taped shut. Shawna was okay

Kennedy Space Center is a fantastic destination!

Our family had an amazing time at the Kennedy Space Center! We visited with our 11-year-old son, and it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. The highlights included the bus tour to the Apollo/Saturn V Center, where we were thrilled by the Shuttle Launch Experience, which simulates an actual space launch and and stood underneath the massive Saturn V moon rocket. We also enjoyed the Lunar Theater show, which provided an immersive storytelling experience about the Apollo 11 moon landing. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the visit even more enjoyable. The Moon Rock Café offered kid-friendly food and a great spot to take a break. Since we didn't have enough time to squeeze in other attractions, we will visit again next time we're in Orlando. Overall, the Kennedy Space Center is a fantastic destination for families, and we highly recommend it!

Misleading itinerary

Viator caused me a lot of unneeded stress on this trip. They told me to be ready to be picked up by 7:50 a.m. I was there in plenty of time and no one came to pick us up until 8:30 am. After reaching out numerous times they finally got back to me in chat and said the driver was on his way but had no ETA. I was concerned because according to the itinerary they sent me, our boat was supposed to leave at 8:00 a.m. it's now 8:30 a.m. and we haven't even been picked up yet. Once the driver got there, he informed me that viator misled me in their description of the itinerary. He said that we would spend the next 2 and 1/2 hours driving in the bus to get to Clearwater Beach. And that we probably would not be boarding the boat until 12:00 or 12:30 pm. The driver was exceptional and next time I'm going to skip booking through viator and go directly to Gray line tour. They seem to have a clearer understanding of of the times and they respond a lot faster. Very disappointed in the poor communication from viator as well as their misleading description in the itinerary they sent me.

What a great day! The Manatees Swim, Snorkel, and Boat Day Tour from Orlando was both fun and educational. From the informative overview to snorkeling with these gentle giants every moment was worth the time. The boat ride was serene, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Visiting Homosassa. State Park added an extra layer of appreciation.A heartfelt thank you to Shawna Mason for this wonderful experience! Highly recommend it!

We were under the impression that the actual driver would be our tour guide around on top of the hop on hop off bus experience. The driver was super friendly. His name was Kevin and shared a couple facts of Orlando and also Saint Augustine along the drive. The vehicle itself was nice, but we felt crammed in there. Two of us had a wheel well on our left leg and the other verse on the right leg and it was very uncomfortable for the entire ride. To spend $480 for four people just to be driven there and back was a lot. The hop on hop off trolley was actually a really good. Overall, Saint Augustine was awesome to experience.
