Ça a été compliqué pour nous de récupérer nos passes ( mal indiqué sur place , et les locaux ont tendances à vous passer devant...) Quant au musée du Vatican, malgré la réservation et le coupe file , a peu près 2 h d'attente....en clair ça sert a rien ...

De reis was prima, goed hotel, prima eten, alleen de de Vaticaanpas Omnia en Romapas samen was een grote oplichting. Deze kostte ons € 360 euro, twee volwassenen en zoon van 15. We hebben er slechts voor € 140 gemak van gehad. Overal moeten bijbetalen, zelfs voor de zoon elke dag het openbaar vervoer. De hop on, hop off pas was voor maar twee lijnen, uren moeten wachten. Waar wij naar toe wilden was helemaal niet gratis, Pantheon, museum Leonardi da Vinci, de tuinen van Vaticaanstad, gidsen overal bij moeten betalen. Kortom 200 euro teveel betaald. Beter terplekke betalen. Kinderen tot 18 jaar zijn zo ie zo vaak vrij van toegangstickets. Dus het idee dat wordt gegeven, dure pas, maar overal gratis in klopt helemaal niet.

Scammer alert
This is one of the worst city passes i have ever encountered, upon booking in January, explorer pass included disneyland, only to be told now in March it's not included. Scammer alert, please stay away and book your tickets directly. In absolute distaste. Always read reviews before booking with a company.

Pass ist nicht preiswert und könnte Probleme verursachen. Kundenservice auch nicht top
Grundsätzlich funktioniert der pass so mäßig... Wir hatten den Fehler gemacht eine Reservierung einen Tag zu früh zu buchen, somit wurde der Pass automatisch aktiviert ohne dass wir das wussten und somit 1 von 2 tagen nutzlos verschwendet. Auf Anfrage (geht nur über KI-Chat & langes warten) wurde unser Pass nicht verlängert oder reaktiviert bzw bekamen wir auch keinen Refund. Wir buchten den All-inclusive-Pass für 2 Tage - auch da wurde uns bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten angekommen gesagt, dass nur der Explorer Pass gültig ist (The London Dungeon & the London eye!!) - dabei verwirrt meiner Meinung nach die Bezeichnung "all inlcusive". Tja andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir am zweiten Tag besuchen wollten wurden uns verweigert, da unser Pass ja expired war. Reservierungen sind rechtzeitig zu machen und auch da kommt anstellen vor. Wir konnten somit ungefähr 100£ von den 155£ ausgeben, die wir bezahlt haben 😐 Die Hop-on-Hop-off Reise hat sehr gut funktioniert und auch der Tower of London war interessant. Wünsche mir bessere Aufklärung sowie auch Kundenservice!!

Adorei o passe usei em varias atrações sem problemas, achei que o custo valeu super a pena. Como estava com crianças e estava muito frio nao consegui usar em mais atrações que eu queria.
