Amazing way to see New Orleans. We stayed for 5 days and did the biggest pass and did a bunch of things each day. Make sure to check out the cooking school! But I’ve recommended this pass to all my friends traveling there.

(Original) Ich hatte mir extra den All Inclusive Pass geholt, weil ich mehr als 4 Attraktionen wollte und weil das London eye zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung dabei war. Den Timeslot konnte ich über die App buchen. Auch eine Buchungsnummer habe ich bekommen. Als wir dann um 9:30 am London eye einchecken wollten wurde uns gesagt, das sich der Vertrag zwischen gocity und London eye geändert hat und wir Kontakt zu gocity aufnehmen sollten. ... nach ca. 45Min Wartezeit hatten wir einen Mitarbeiter im Chat der uns das nur bestätigt hat. Verdammt ärgerlich! Vorallem wenn man den Pass hauptsächlich für das London eye gebucht hat. ... und wir waren nicht alleine. Auch viele andere Personen hatten das Problem. ... die anderen Attraktionen, die wir besucht hatten klappten problemlos.

We booked the all-inclusive pass for 2 days - when we arrived at the sights we were told that only the Explorer Pass was valid (The London Dungeon & the London eye!!) - but in my opinion the term "all inclusive" was confusing. Well, we were denied other sights that we wanted to visit on the second day because our passport had expired. Reservations must be made in good time and there is also queuing. This meant we were able to spend around £100 of the £155 we paid 😐 The hop-on-hop-off trip worked very well and the Tower of London was also interesting. I would like better information and customer service!! (Original) Grundsätzlich funktioniert der pass so mäßig... Wir hatten den Fehler gemacht eine Reservierung einen Tag zu früh zu buchen, somit wurde der Pass automatisch aktiviert ohne dass wir das wussten und somit 1 von 2 tagen nutzlos verschwendet. Auf Anfrage (geht nur über KI-Chat & langes warten) wurde unser Pass nicht verlängert oder reaktiviert bzw bekamen wir auch keinen Refund. Wir buchten den All-inclusive-Pass für 2 Tage - auch da wurde uns bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten angekommen gesagt, dass nur der Explorer Pass gültig ist (The London Dungeon & the London eye!!) - dabei verwirrt meiner Meinung nach die Bezeichnung "all inlcusive". Tja andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir am zweiten Tag besuchen wollten wurden uns verweigert, da unser Pass ja expired war. Reservierungen sind rechtzeitig zu machen und auch da kommt anstellen vor. Wir konnten somit ungefähr 100£ von den 155£ ausgeben, die wir bezahlt haben 😐 Die Hop-on-Hop-off Reise hat sehr gut funktioniert und auch der Tower of London war interessant. Wünsche mir bessere Aufklärung sowie auch Kundenservice!!
