A viagem foi ótima. O passe vale a pena se os dias forem bem organizados de forma a permitir entrar no máximo de atrações disponíveis. É pena o observatório astronómico não estar incluído. Tivemos dificuldades numa das atrações na leitura do voucher, mas com alguma insistência e boa-vontade a situação foi resolvida e conseguimos usufruir.

Incluye muchísimas atracciones. Con el ticket de go city no vas a tener problemas para acceder a cualquier atraccion La única que no incluye es el museo de Van Gogh pero el resto si.

Užili jsme si to, ale v ceně nebyl vstup do knihovny Trinity coledge, nemohli jsme najít Malé muzeum Dublinu, bylo přestěhované, ale nikdo nás neupozornil. Muzeum přírody bylo zavřené. Takže jsme ztratili dost času, než jsme tohle všechno zjistili, potom jsme nestihli další aktivity. Ale jinak vše ostatní super!

I bought a six-day pass. The pass activation process was very complicated and involved multiple steps and entering order and pass numbers going back and forth between e-mail and the app. I finally got help via the chat bot to activate the pass but it took a long time waiting in the cold outside the first museum. Once activated, it worked well at all the museums and skipping the line was nice and really the main benefit. You have to visit a lot of museums to get your money’s worth. It cost me more than 60 Euros per entry in the end so skipping the line was very expensive and not worth it for winter.

行程顺利，价格小贵，有些项目很鸡肋，但总体用起来很方便
出发前做了攻略，根据自己会去的景点门票总价以及行程天数买了go city的3日畅游票。家里有65岁以上老人的，可以查一下景点票价，有些是有长者票的，会有优惠。我这次也是跟家人一起去旅行，出发前算了下，所有票差要是老人现场买票我用通票的话，大概会便宜几百，不过为了操作方便也怕到时买票的跟通票通道不一样还是一起买了（后来在现场的确有看到一次买票跟扫码是分开的，小小庆幸一下）。整个行程换票、扫码进场还算顺利，要是遇到问题可以咨询下客服，也会第一时间帮忙查。app上对每个景点的描述很详细，交通指引也很清晰，体验感很好。就是只包含26个项目，其中一半我个人觉得有点鸡肋，而且迪士尼和海洋公园是只能2选一的，这是买到通票后才知道的，接受但不是很满意。另外，项目里除了香港还有澳门的项目，但像我们这次的旅程，在香港待了5天，可想去的景点觉得在三天内就能逛完，只买了3日票，也就是说不管考前还是靠后激活，都是人还没到澳门呢，票已经过期了，但多买一天有效期的话，票价又不划算，所以是不是可以把港澳有效期分开计算？或者澳门塔项目作为一项附赠项？好了就这样吧，准备出发去澳门～

terrible customer service - did not save money
This does not save you money and cannot get a response from the customer service. I have sent many emails and chatted with representatives with NO refund / credits issued. The London Pass website states that you get a guarantee / refund if you do not save money. Sounds good however they do NOT respond / issue a refund. This has been a very frustrating experience. I did not want to give any company one star rating without giving them the ability to make things right. Unfortunately, the customer service / lack of service is terrible. The London Eye was closed for restoration, as well as the arch. Many venues closed early due to the time of the year. If it was a high tourist time the pass would be good to skip the lines. In my case the London Pass actually cost me more money than the individual admission would have cost.
