i think it could be extremely disappointing if a customer expected to use the pass and finds out the reservations they want to make are required more days in advance of the days they chose. Example: If you wanted to go on the night safari and you picked tickets for friday and saturday, but you bought the pass on Thursday and you find out you need two to three days before your pass begins to make reservations, that would be awful.

the selection of what you can do with the city pass is great. after I paid I noticed it said I would receive the passes within 24 hours! I wanted to use them within an hour! I had to contact customer service for a different app that handled the city I was in (which is another why!). it was ultimately handled quickly but I shouldn't have had to reach out in the first place.

Go City All Inclusive pass
Was a good service with plenty to choose from. Sometimes the booking side was a bit unclear. You needed to be on the main page not the planning page to be able to book from the app which wasn't explained or offered and caused some frustration until I realised that was what was happening. Was easy to ise otherwise and never had any issues with getting in anywhere.

AVOID!!!
I would avoid this pass completely if you want a bit of flexibility on your trip. We were pleased it existed to save us money on attractions however the app changed the deadline for amending our bookings so we could couldn’t change them anymore and therefore missed a couple of them. When I contacted Go City they were rude and would not do anything to help claiming they didn’t want to pay for the attractions again. I am disgusted and will never use the company again in any capacity. I will have to look into refund options from the original retailer
