Trip was great.But got here and they said we have already used this app.Was hours on the phone and got told we used this in 23/24.So that was great spent about £377 and couldn’t use nothing.Had to spend a lot of money on credit card because Go City messed up.Only good thing is they have about £320 back about 3 days later.So lost £50.Why they didn’t give us all the money back I don’t know.Won’t use this App again.Fair play to the lady that done all she can to help on her for about 3 hours.The company is a disgrace though.

Super saver super experience
Simply superb ..nothing short of spectacular pass which saved me a lot of money .we have opted for 4 day pass where we can see lot of attractions with no costing thing in mind..we have covered max 22 attractions with the planning we have done..with out planning you may cover 15 attractions in 4 days..I have saved 462 SGD with this pass..I would recommend this pass for first timers to singapore. Scan the QR and go for most of the attractions .. information is clearly mentioned in the go city app..customer care interaction is not that great..

Happiness in Miami
We had fun in Miami and thanks to the pass we were able to see many things and attractions and did really funny experiences (like the salsa lesson). The pass always worked perfectly, we had no problems.

Amazing experience
Great value easy transaction easy booking for attractions highly recommend getting these passes I got them for two people at half price and you save at least $200 by doing it this way so easy will definitely do again.

Disingenuous marketing and likely to lead to expense and disappointment
It seemed too good to be true and it was! My fault, but warning others: The go city pass is cheap, and they have their savings guarantee - but I didn’t spot the catch til it was too late. Purchased Go City passes in Black Friday sales for a trip to NYC and London. The London one will be fine because we’re going off peak, but NYC attractions book out quickly in peak season and if you wait til the ‘Go City’ booking window opens (ten days before for lots of things!) you’ll miss out completely - a bit soul destroying when it’s two adults and four kids travelling from Down Under and that $500++ is gone and you have to book all the big attractions privately. I worked this out after their 30 day refund window, so tread VERY carefully. A really good lesson: if things seem too good to be true, they probably are.

Man kann mit dem Pass viel Geld gegenüber den Einzelbuchungen sparen, wenn die Attraktionen denn an diesem Tag verfügbar sind. An unseren beiden Tagen hatte die BigBus-Tour wetterbedingt ihren Betrieb eingestellt... als einziges HopOnHopOff-Unternehmen. Die anderen Busse fuhren immer an uns vorbei, während wir unseren Weg zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bahnten. Das Museum of Broadway konnten wir ebenfalls nicht besuchen, weil zu unserer Zeit eine private Veranstaltung stattgefunden hat. Das ist dann echt ärgerlich, wenn man über 400 Euro für zwei Personen und zwei Tage bezahlt.
