I really enjoyed this trip. The Ferry ride was very smooth and relaxing. The thing I did like about this company is that just before I went to the ticket office to board the Ferry is that I had a very bad fall on the street as I crossed it from my Uber ride . My knees hurt really bad, specially since I’m having a knee replacement in two months . At first I thought of canceling the trip but as soon as I got inside the ticketing office and told them what happened the young man who helped me went ahead and got some antibiotics and gauze and tape to put over my wound . He took the time to clean it and dress it.And in highly recommended the Butchart Gardens.

So expensive to not even have outlets near the seats… But customer service is always so good!

Gorgeous views of Mount Rainier and Mount Baker on your way up to beautiful Victoria BC. Boat with super clean and all the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend. Might take a little longer to get there but it is so much prettier.

My partner and I flew across the country for a whale watching experience with FRS. With less than 24 hours before launch, we were sent word via email that due to the government shutdown certifications required to operate the vessel were delayed and ultimately led to cancelation of our experience. We were left beyond frustrated with the communication and treatment we were extended from FRS. Why sell tickets for a whale watching experience on a vessel that has yet to pass inspection? Never again, FRS!

Don't make the same mistake I did
The only reason I did not have a good experience on this tour was because of the timeframe booked. My particular tour was set for noon from Seattle, and I had the expectation of returning on the last boat back to Seattle, which was at 5:30pm. Be aware that the boats take about 3 hours EACH WAY, so given this, I only had ONE HOUR to spend in Victoria, which was ridiculous. Also be aware you have to go through customs three times: once in Victoria, once when returning on the boat, and then when you return to Seattle, so be aware that will take up a good chunk of time. Otherwise, the actual boat rides were nice; we had the option of buying food and drink (alcoholic or non), although on the return trip they only had breakfast sandwiches to serve for food (which wasn't that big of a deal). Personally I don't think a noon round trip to/from Seattle to Victoria should be an option, because there are people who take the ferry strictly one-way to Victoria. Of course, I should have paid attention when I booked 3 months ago, but yeah, don't make the same mistake I did. There are tours that go early in the morning so book those instead.

A very convenient high-speed ferry that takes you directly from downtown Vancouver to the heart of Victoria in just 3 hours. Since the route stays within the inner waters, the cruise is incredibly calm and smooth with no rough waves. The scenery along the way is absolutely stunning—a perfect, stress-free way to travel.

As every thing else they charge for everything. It used to be one price now its add one disappointing. Takes from the trip. I've been riding Victoria Clipper for 20 years plus. Id drive and take the bc ferry except I limited on time

We’ve booked with the Victoria Clipper three times now for our trips to Victoria, BC, and every experience has been fantastic. Each time we’ve worked with Austin, he has been absolutely wonderful always helpful, professional, and even kind enough to laugh at my terrible jokes! Traveling as a family of three can sometimes feel complicated, but the Clipper makes everything so easy from start to finish. We especially love upgrading to Comfort Class it’s truly the way to go. That’s where we met Judy, who was an incredible host and made our boat ride feel extra special. The ride itself is always smooth and relaxing, and before you know it, you’re arriving in beautiful Victoria. It really is such a quick and enjoyable journey. We truly appreciate this company for making both our transportation and accommodations so seamless. Every staff member we’ve encountered has been kind and dedicated, and it never goes unnoticed. We’re already looking forward to booking again!

Not much to do on Victoria Island
I found Victoria Island did not have any note note worthy thing to do. I am a big gardener in Wisconsin, so going to see another garden did not impress me. Lots of shopping which was a bit boring, since many of gift shops offered the same items. It is my opinion, Victoria needs to provide more to do for tourist. We went to the Military Museums which had some interesting videos and artifacts.
