Sunset and snow
Buy the express pass, it’s definitely worth the price. No waiting in lines, express elevator to the observation deck. We had a blast up there. We went up at 3:30 and caught a spectacular sunset and …it snowed 🥰🥰🥰 staff were professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. The lady at the observation deck at the top was tremendous. I’m terrified of heights but she chatted to me and put me totally at ease. What an asset to the organization she is.

This was an amazing experience! I highly recommend doing this at night and add the 102nd floor. You will not be disappointed!

New Year Vacation
This experience was breathtaking. Such a wonderful view. It was getting cloudy by the time we were leaving, and there wasn't much of a crowed either. I really liked the movie collage room. get to see all the movies filmed here. No big lines to get in. If you are looking for a fun trip I would recommend coming here to the empire. ticket prices aren't bad compared to some of the places we visited. Thanks to Mel and Chris V. of the gift shop for making this a pleasant trip. Alot of splendid souvenirs to get. It was fun to learn some interesting facts not just about this building, but also about the city. All the staff were polite and nice, but these guys were the only ones I was able to talk to.

Great Icon
We visited on a really clear day, it was pure luck because it was a one day visit. I do suggest to try to see the observation deck during clear weather. This was a bucket list thing for me and well worth the pricey ticket. The staff was nice and the food offerings are actually pretty good. The view is incredible, don't miss it.

Birthday Surprise....
Was a little pricey but well worth it. Amazing views over NYC on 86th floor,history of the building on 80th floor and I was surprised by how many films made there. Really good time had with photos to capture the memory.Would say its good place for couples and families with older children,restroom on both floors very enjoyable night experience was had

Enjoyed it, some good views. Went with a go city pass. I don’t think you need to pay for the extra floors personally but that is an option. Some nice pictures.would go ago.

Breathtaking views and a wonderful ride.
The Empire State Building museum and observation deck was great. Having grown up in the area, I had never been to the top of the building. The view was amazing. The heat lamps were perfect for the chilly night air. The mini-fresh cooked doughnuts hit the spot. The experience was built to feel like and amusement park ride, with lines and LED screens in the elevator to educated and entertain. Like any amusement park ride there is a gift shop upon exiting. There are a lot of great options available for purchase. The staff was very helpful. A young lady named Charisma helped me checkout and ensured that I snow globes that I purchased would travel safely. If your ever get the chance to take this adventure, Take it

Would not allow me access to my tickets, had to repurchase through different vendor. On site told it is a viator issue.

Spectacular views of New York, must do experience
Must see experience to see 360 views of New York. The views were spectacular and the staff are wonderful. Make sure to do this experience and learn the history of how Empire building first established.

Absolutely worth it. The tour isn’t so long that you lose interest but you see so much in that time. Everything was beautiful, the views, the employees, the memorabilia. My daughter and I both enjoyed ourselves.

Considerado uma das maravilhas da engenharia, realmente é impressionanda. Traz uma vista incrível da cidade e você pode escolher pagar mais barato e ver de andares "mais baixos" ou pagar um ticket mais caro e subir no andar mais alto. A maioria dos tickets te dá direito a duas entradas, sendo uma de dia e outra de noite, para que você ver a cidade sob a luz do sol e da lua. O Empire States fica perto do korean Town, então recomendo ir próximo a hora do almoço e depois aproveitar pra comer nas redondezas.
