Amazing views
Amazing views from the 86th floor. Had snowed before going up so put on a show. Took some advice and went around lunchtime, which worked, not too many people around.

Not able to attend due to weather
I was not able to attend the tour due to winter storm, however I contacted Viator for my refund and the tour operator directly . Jared at the Empire State was extremely helpful and promptly approved my refund! Looking forward to visiting nyc again and taking my kids to the Empire State ! Thanks

Empire State Building - The BEST Experience
I’ve had a few beautiful, serendipitous encounters with some truly wonderful humans while I’ve been here — but this one? She’s something special. Friday night, I was having trouble booking my Empire State Building adventure, so I stopped in to see if someone could help. That’s when I met Merle Holloman. She patiently walked me through exactly where to go, and when I circled back toward the entrance from the ticket area, I stopped to thank her properly and ask for a photo. I laughed when she told me I sounded like Loretta Lynn, I gave her a hug, and off I went. Upstairs, I stayed awhile to listen to the incomparable and incredibly talented Tony DePaolo. While Tony and I were chatting, Merle came up to join us and said she had hoped I’d find him — and she was genuinely happy to see that I had. We talked a bit longer, and before leaving, I made sure the manager knew how wonderful everyone had been, especially Merle. Yesterday, I received the most beautiful message from her. It reminded me how the universe has a way of placing the right people in your path at exactly the right moment. Merle’s energy and vibe are pure goodness — the very best kind of human. So if you visit the ESB (not today — they’re closed because of the snow), tell her I sent you. 🥰

Nostalgia
Maravilla de edificio por todo lo que singinicó y lo sigue haciendo en la actualidad. El mirador es de los íconicos, con los aparatos para ver de lejor que tanto se ven en las películas. Es al aire libre, con rejas para protección. Mucho frio en invierno. Se ve todo el midtwon de manhatthan a pleno. El summit al este, el edge al oeste y el one al sur. El top of the rock al norte y un poco del central park. Antes de llegar al mirador se oasa por una sala haciendo alusion a King Kong y su película y una breve intro de como se construyó el edificio. Lo paradójico es que al no verse el empire state es como que le falta algo a las fotos

Breathtaking, amazing, organised
Amazing views, well laid out, you can see from the inside at level 80 and outside on level 86. If you want you can pay extra and go to level 102 but the views from 86 were breathtaking. Would go again. We went in daylight so might do a night time experience next time

Must Do in NYC!!!
Visiting the Empire State Building was one of those experiences that truly lives up to its reputation. As the sunset approached, the city slowly transformed, with warm light fading into a sea of lights that felt almost unreal. Watching that transition with my mom and grandpa beside me is a memory I’ll always treasure. What made the visit especially enjoyable was how accessible and smooth the experience felt for all of us. Despite being such a famous landmark, everything was organized and easy to navigate, which made it comfortable for different generations to enjoy together. The Empire State Building isn’t just a viewpoint—it’s a moment. It captures the spirit, scale, and beauty of New York City in a way few places can. It’s easy to see why it’s considered a Traveler Favorite, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city, whether for the first time or the tenth.

Iconic NYC Experience!
This is it! I’ve done old world trade, One World Trade and now this. This is it. This is the one you want. What a great experience with super helpful and friendly attendants! Our experience was stellar from beginning to end. We arrived almost an hour early and were let in immediately. We were impressed with them museum experience as we entered and went through the building to the elevators. Once at the top the views were incredible and the heaters such a nice touch! We could stay as long as we wanted! The only disappointment was how much they charge for the pictures they take of you. I mean it is a digital picture not even at the top! Ridiculous! The gift shop is also very expensive but I only needed my magnet! Overall a great NYC experience!

Sooo, I’m was pretty hesitant about coming. Sometimes I feel like you’ll get scammed and everything has hidden fees when you’re on a tour. Mr. Mustafa Ahmad made everything so easy and was very assuring every step of the way. You can tell he loves his job. He explained everything thoroughly and made it so enjoyable!!! 10000/10 experience and def recommending Empire State to all my family and friends when they visit! Wish Mr.Ahmad is a Togo tourist guide ! Thank you for an amazing experience and time !

Fine museum; great views
The stuff that pads out the experience is cute (photo-ops with King Kong; exhibits about building the building), though part of me wishes there was a cheaper ticket that cuts out all the junk and just lets you go to the top.
