Amazing views definitely worth a visit
Great views definitely worth disappearing that they don’t acknowledge disability I advised when I entered I have a disability as I have cancer and cannot stand in queues for long periods they just ok follow it round no separate queue for disabled which was a shame for such a well known landmark but views were amazing

A must when you visit NYC!
This was one the highlights of our stay... even though we went on a day that had poor visability. We had reserved our tickets and arrived at opening time. We were told we could change our reservation or go ahead with our visit. We decided to go ahead and had great time. I loved the museum and all the staff were so friendly and informative. I particularly enjoyed the video clips of staff telling us about their favourite moment at the Empire State. There was information about how it was built and the history of how it has become such an iconic building. Again, I loved all the clips of how the Empire State Building has been used in movies and TV. The King Kong window was fab, and the lift up the Observation Deck an experience. Highly recommended.

This experience was filled with information about the Empire State Building. Give yourself some time so that you can read the information that is displayed. We were lucky it was not too crowded so we didn’t feel rushed. The views are everything.

Can’t miss this when you visit New York!
Great experience with all the information and history about the Empire Statebuilding! Very interesting! Even the ride in the elevator was spectacular! Amazing view! Make sure you go up to the 86th floor (outside!) and the 102nd floor!

Beautiful to see, wouldn't waste money on a speed pass
It's beautiful to see, but don't waste money on a speed pass. It was just as quick to go through the main security and lines as the others. We went at 4 pm on a Friday in March during spring break, and it wasn't super busy. Staff could have encouraged those not viewing sights to step to the interior of the room as there were a couple of groups that were just standing and talking and not even viewing anything with their back to the windows, and didn't move so others could view out the windows. The other was a group of 4 children who were sitting in front of the windows looking at phones and no ones could get to the window. It was rather rude and staff didn't ask them to move. This was on the 102nd floor so there isn't a lot of space there to begin with. Otherwise, the viewing is beautiful on both levels an It's nice to be able to go outside on the 86th floor. Something to experience if you are a first-timer in New York.

Great views, poor customer service
The staff isn't helpful and borderline rude. Signage is weak. When we went through security there were no trays and yet I got yelled at for not using a tray for my phone.

So fun!! We used an app to buy tickets, but they were not very expensive. It only lasted about 1 hour but it is very self paced. Not a big crowd and the staff was kind!
