It was great. The staff, the views and the rooms and hallways here are very colorful and beautiful!! The staff is very kind and upbeat. The views are unfathomably amazing!!

A once in a lifetime experience !
Walked straight in on a cold weekday afternoon with no waiting, which was a nice bonus. On a clear day, the views are incredible—360-degree panoramas of New York City from the outdoor terrace 86 floors up. Definitely worth choosing a day with clear skies to make the most of the experience.

Great tour INCREDIBLE guide RENITA!!!
We did an incredible tour with Renita, who is a legend. She brought the world's most famous building to life and it was an experience we'll never forget. If you have the pleasure of getting a tour from Renita, you should jump at the chance. Great storytelling, great history. She took wonderful photos and her warmth and history are unmatched. No wonder she's made it Trip Advisor's number one attraction in the world. Can't wait to be back and see her again.

It is worth every penny, an experience not to be overlooked. Word of caution when you choose your pics at the end of visit make sure you actually receive them in your email before you leave. I never got mine?

You have to see it
Going to the top is amazing. If you are late they still let you go within the 1 1/2 hr tour time. Our flight was late and we tried to call /chat both companies and no one responded so we went anyway and luckily at least saw it without a guide. Experience 10, communication 0.

Worth it!
We had VIP tour tickets. It was absolutely worth it! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made every moment delightful! We had fantastic views and we saw the King Kong exhibit that was awesome! We visited parts of the building that are only accessible if you have VIP tickets. The group consisted of 8 people. It was a fabulous way to see the Empire State Building!

What a fun experience. Lots of historical facts to read about as you travel to the top for the grand view. Pretty amazing how it all came together. Staff was very nice and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time there.

Paid for VIP/Fast Pass but staff not available
We had a reservation for 7:15 and it seemed like a slower night at the ESB. This also seemed to mean that they didn’t have a lot of staffing on. There was no one manning the VIP “red carpet” entrances (of which there were many). We had to seek out an employee or just scan our own ticket. I paid for a VIP experience but didn’t receive one. I am disappointed. I would recommend visiting the ESB but I’m not sure that you will get what you pay for in the VIP experience.

Family fun
Brilliant views. We booked for 10am during half term UK in February, no queues plenty off space to move around and lifts to ourselves. Stunning veiws.
