Nos gusto mucho, fuimos de noche, es impresionante las vistas que tienen. Hicimos la experiencia completa, subiendo hasta el piso 102. Es muy lindo el edificio más alla de la vista, ver todas las peliculas filmadas alli, todo muy bien organizado, más allá de los empleados que son super amables y simpáticos. Estuvo genial todo. Totalmente recomendable, el edificio es precioso, limpio, y perfectamente conservado. Lo cual no es de extrañar puesto que sus empleados son muy atentos, simpáticos e implicados en su trabajo, especialmente Sharon, B, una maravilla de persona, nos prestó una ayuda inestimable, una mujer de diez. We arrived in time to see daylight turn to night, as we wanted to see how the city looked with all the lights on. Good decision on our part.

A wonderful experience!
We booked a VIP premium experience tour for the morning of our last day in the city. You take a chance on weather and today we were socked in with clouds, drizzle and zero visibility! But, we had Renita as our ambassador and I for that we hit the jackpot! Her knowledge about and passion for the Empire State Building is palpable and we soaked it up like a sponge! And because of the weather it was like we had the place to ourselves! She made sure that we had an incredible experience and even gave us a voucher to use in the future since we missed out on the views! The entire experience and everyone we encountered was friendly and professional and Renita was the best of the best!

One of the best experiences ever
We visited on a Friday so it was a lot quieter than we expected though still busy. We paid for the whole experience which I wasn’t sure about but was most definitely worth it. We visited 80th 86th and 102nd floor. The 86th gave us the iconic views and the location again of so many films. As it wasn’t as busy we were able to spend lots of time looking at all the views without feeling rushed. The museum area gave lots of insights into the construction of the building. I especially Loved the King Kong corner for a fab photo op. The 102nd floor has completely unobstructed views with floor to ceiling glass but was so much smaller so Can imagine it being cramped and rushed on busier days but we loved the experience.

Great museum!
Very cool museum. Clean. Went on a cloudy day and there was no wait. Our teenagers really liked it. Spent about an hour.

Well-worth doing!
A New York icon, this is well-worth doing. There's some information and a little museum on the way up, but the star of the show is the observation deck. While busy, it wasn't too crowded and you had ample opportunity to enjoy the view in 360 and take photos. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole system ran very efficiently.

Great experience!
This experience was great. We visited the 80th, 86th, and 102nd floors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained and clear. We would highly recommend if you have not been and would encourage to spend the extra to go up to 102nd floor.

Above & Beyond Service at the Empire State Building

Wonderful views from the top in the late afternoon.
This was our first time at the top of the NYC Empire State Building. It was cold but that did not deter us. All of the employees were wonderful. Answered any question we might have. The view from the top is fantastic. We went in the late after so we could see the lights of New York. It did not disappoint. There are great views from all four sides.

Great views but bad service
Great views of the city shame for such a well known landmark that they don’t acknowledge disability I advised when entering that I am disabled as I cannot stand for long periods as I have cancer and suffer extreme exhaustion I asked if they was a different queue for disabled they said no just follow it around I asked again at the 2nd floor and was told the same thing amazing views of the city but disappointing service if your disabled be prepared to join the long queues
