I was texted 2 days before about finalizing flights which I thought was a bit too late and they had to change the original itinerary due to flight availability. We were booked with Nesma Airlines which I heard from the tour guide was unrealiable and wondered why we were booked there. No instructions were provided—just tickets. And 3:00am pick up time. 2. We woke up at 2:30am for a 3:00am pick-up which was communicated to us but apparently the pickup was not until 4:00am. We could’ve slept an hour more which was a big deal in these kinds of trip. 3. The flight was delayed by two hours which I understand wasn’t their fault but nothing was communicated to us regarding delay or number of the tour guide. 4. When we arrived, the guide/car wasn’t waiting for us because of the delay. Also, we weren’t given the number of the guide by the tour company. 5. The hotel was subpar. It didn’t even have wifi in the rooms. 6. The second day at Aswan, we were told pick up was at 5am but apparently they communicate to the guide that it was 4am. 7. Pick up from Cairo airport to our hotel did not arrive. We waited for 30 minutes then decided to get an Uber. I had to message the company to get an update of the driver that they said was going to be late. I do not recommend this company at all! Spend your money elsewhere. The only redeeming quality were the guides and drivers (albeit being indepent providers) were corteous and made the trip better.

No matter how nice they are to you, it’s to butter you up for a large scam. They expect tips too which makes the whole experience even worse as they clearly don’t listen to your expectations. Avoid this company if you can. Response to the owner: I am a legit customer who used your services, I live in England and met with your team who I put my whole trust into, naively. Gaslighting people who read these reviews by making up some nonsense about other agencies bringing your company down is insane. If you think gaslighting will attract people rather than address to issues we had at the time then I hope people will reflect on this and make the wise decision to avoid this company.

We took the package of car + guide+ stay. I must say that the guides they provided for all locations like Cairo, Alexandria, luxor, edfu, Aswan, etc etc were not good at all. They were all free lancers and not upto the mark. Seems like they came for quick money and were just hurrying every time. Not understanding the customer needs and expectations at all. They were just hurrying up every time. We also missed our UK flight since the internal domestic flight delayed. In spite of our repeated requests they didn't change the internal flights timings and it resulted a heavy loss for us. I wouldn't recommend Emo Tours to anyone. Their guides are not at all professional and honestly pathetic.

Everything fine nice your guide and fun for a visit of the Pyramids, however when they ask you for the extra activities they say one price 20€ for a horse ride and then it becomes 40€ because we were two people.
