I took the day tour from Cairo to Luxor. On the way there, the driver and the agency representative left me at the wrong terminal at the airport, luckily I had the Egyptian sim card so I called them and made them go back, even though the representative insisted that I was the one in error, in the end I made a terrible rush not to miss the plane, but a person older than me would have missed it. Before boarding for the return flight I wrote a message to the agency to make sure they would come and pick me up at the right terminal upon arrival in Cairo. Surprise, there was NO ONE waiting for me upon arrival. I called the agency representative (the same one as in the morning) who told me that he would be there in 5 minutes. Finally he arrived after 40 minutes without a driver, first saying that the driver was in the parking, then that he was sick. Finally at 1 am he put me in a car with a driver who only spoke Arabic and I returned to the hotel alone at 2 am. Terrible experience

We had a wonderful day with our guide Menna and driver Mohamed visiting the pyramids and Memphis. The timing of the tour (before the crowds) was perfect. Booked a tour with Viator who used this company locally EMO tours for a Nile River dinner cruise on New Year’s Eve. They picked us up an hour late, drive us 45 minutes out of the way to the wrong boat - then when we got to the right boat dock 45 minutes later it was gone. No dinner cruise and left with absolutely ruined New Years Eve plane. Then the local company had the nerve to try to tell us we had to pay a fee for them to drive us 5 more minutes to a restaurant so we could at least eat dinner late. They always bring you to buy overpriced and junky perfumes, souvenirs at the end of which trip, which is really annoying. On the other hand - the guides are knowledgeable, friendly and provide excellent service. Especially Mira in Cairo and Mustafa in Luxor. The customer support is also effective and did a good job. I suggest you to book directly with them, as they provide discount codes for regular customers.

Emo tours provided a perfect itinerary for us, every guide driver and the full team was so so helpful, supportive. They were always available for help. Egypt can be tough for tourists without proper guide and support. As I was travelling with family I was bit worried for my aged parents. All of their guides and drivers took special care of my parents. All of their guides and drivers were good. Mohammed who received us from airport was so helpful and caring. He bought sim for us as we still did not have Egyptian pound.The guide for Aswan and Luxor was Hamid. He was very punctual, full of knowledge and caring in providing needed tips, like how to bargain, how to avoid unnecessary tipping etc. Though we were most amazed by guide Rawan and Driver Ahmed from Cairo. We felt so emotional when we bid final bye to them. They were so good and emotionally connected with us. My parents were not fluent in English, but still they could connect with them so much. We will never forget Rawan and Ahmed. Thanks Emo tour for providing such wonderful people for our tour. Also last but mot the list Mr Torky and Aiman was always available and supportive for all necessary details and help. Thanks you so much entire emo travels team. We will always remember you.

My worst experience with a tour agency!!! Yesterday I took the one day tour by plane from Cairo to Luxor and to start with they don't warn you how complicated it is to take a local flight in Egypt.
