The tour to Alexandria from Cairo was amazing. Our driver arrived on time and drove us to the meeting point in Giza, where we met our main driver for the trip to Alexandria. The car was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was only one other person in the tour with us, which felt like a private one. Our driver, Waleed, was excellent, friendly, and polite. When we arrived in Alexandria, we met our tour guide, Sherihan, on our first stop at the Catacombs. Sherihan was very knowledgeable and polite and she explained everything to us about the sights we visited and also gave us free time for ourselves in each place to look around and take pictures. The Fish Market restaurant we went to for lunch was also amazing. This tour is one of our highlights from our trip to Egypt, for sure. Thank you Sherihan and Waleed. Highly recommended!

As a mom travelling with two toddlers I was quite nervous for the tours especially after reading other reviews online but Emo Tours Group accommodated us and made us feel so comfortable. We had experienced the Nile Cruise with Ahmed and he assisted us throughout the evening and our designated driver was waiting for us once we were done and then we did the pyramid, sphinx, museum and bazaar tour with Mena and I would highly recommend her as well as the driver. She stayed with us throughout the day and made our experience absolutely beautiful. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with the kids. I’m so grateful I have these special memories with my family, Thanks to Emo Tours Group.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s important to share our experience. We were really disappointed with our experience with this company. To be fair, I am not referring here to the quality of the guides or the visits themselves, which were generally good (and there are the only reason I’m giving two stars rather than one). But the organization and customer service were simply unacceptable. The lack of communication and professionalism is evident at EVERY STEP. Several different people reply from the same WhatsApp number (Marwan and Rahma for the names I’ve gotten), making it impossible to have proper follow-up or consistent answers. The replies are vague, sometimes contradictory, and give the impression that no one is actually managing your file. We were asked multiple times to send copies of our passports for the required permits — despite already having provided them… These are sensitive documents, and being asked repeatedly makes us question how securely they are being handled. Are they losing the documents? Or is there simply no internal coordination? The final straw was the balloon flight we had specifically booked for sunrise in Luxor (and paid for!!) — the reason we chose this experience in the first place. Without real explanation, we were moved really last minute to the second flight, which is not the same in terms of atmosphere, quality or value. When we raised this issue, we received a short and dismissive reply, with no attempt to resolve the situation. How would you qualify this other than unprofessional and unreliable ??? Throughout, we had no access to any real customer service, despite many attempts to speak to someone who could help. I tried to text and call 4 different phone numbers!! In the end, we feel it would have been worth paying a bit more to work with true professionals — companies that value their clients and understand the importance of communication and trust.

Highly recommend Emo Tours! I took my mom and my dad to Luxor, and of course we recommend that you take a safe and reliable tour. We got lucky with Emo Tours, and please note that there is a lot of tourist traps with fake material BUT where Emo Tours took us was real, incredibly beautiful and we highly recommend their lime stone paintings. I booked this through viator but they were not helpful either, first the driver did not speak english when the tour specifically was for an english guide , and driver. He was late arriving and didnt speak english when we spoke to the tour operator he asked what the problem was and dismissed us. He stopped various times to smoke , coffee and to relieve himself! For 7 hours this went on(3.5 each way). Didnt know who was greeting us, all in a rush come this way and go over there a guide was waiting, was only interested in tips. Contacted the company and was dismissive. Viator said they could not do anything because we completed the tour, but were we supposed to stay stranded in Abu Simbel from Aswan. No help from the tour company or Viator.

Emo Tours is excellent! I did the Giza camel ride at sunset. Direct pick up from and drop off at hotel. The experience was smooth all the way through. Friendly and attentive guides catering to what you want to do and also letting you know the best things to do! Expect to get many wonderful pictures in the desert at the Giza Plateau. I have no words for Emo tours. We had the best experience in Egypt. We booked the 2 days trip in Aswan and Luxor, a very well organised trip with the best drivers and tour guides. Special thanks to our guides Moustafa in Aswan and Ahmed Kassem in Luxor who gave us a very unique travel, back to the ancient Egyptian civilisation. We had also booked two day trips in Alexandria and Cairo with two very professional drivers. Finally, I would like to give a big thank to Zizo, who from the beginning guided us and explained to us in great detail the entire program of the excursion and answered all our questions. Went on the mosque tour and while the guide and driver were both good we didn’t get to complete the whole tour. The first mosque we were to visit wasn’t open for tourists. And it was one of the main ones we wanted to see and what we booked the tour for. The guide didn’t give us any alternative on how we wanted to spend our day. He took us to the other ones and tried to make up for the time we would have spent at first place (which said it would be 2 hours) by telling us stories and then brining us to the cotton and papyrus shop which we didn’t care to go to. I wish they would have asked us what we wanted to do. Even when I said I just want to grab a snack they recommended we go and pay $15 their restaurant and all I wanted was a cheap falafel sandwich. This tour was booked on Viator and I asked for a small discount as we ended the tour early and missed out on the first mosque. It was denied. I wish the company checked to see what sites would be open before we booked it.

Muy caro para lo que fue, no lo recomiendo.
