It was a memorable trip for us. We won't hesitate to get their service again. The car was new, clean, well maintained, good tinting and well fragranted. Mostafa knew his craft well and able to explain the sites we went.

We had a day tour to Abu Simbel, Phile and High Dam with Magdy. Everything was so amazing and my kids/wife and I really enjoyed it. Magdy knows everything we should know and briefed us in the van before actually seeing them. We had a car trouble on the way to Abu Simbel but that was also one of the good memories and I would recommend my friends to go with Magdy and Emo Tour!!!! Additionally, we ended-up in the middle of nowhere, having to pay 10 times more for a “permit” they had told us they would take care of more than a month before one of the trips and not only did they not respond when we desperately tried to contact them, but even their own driver couldn’t get them (apparently) on the phone. When we finally got hold of them (after the tour) the gave us non-sensical responses without even bothering to check earlier communications. Finally, if you book more than one tour with them, a different operator each time will ask you for the same documents. A real shame as some of the guides (especially for Al Fayoum) did everything they could to make the tour enjoyable. They try to make a living, but so are we. We too have to work very hard for a living and to pay for the tours, we are not millionaires. Definitely chose a different company, it just don’t worth the risk no matter their assurances. The trip will be unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. A note for this and similar tours, we wish we’d realized earlier: Booking with a 24hr free cancellation sounds good in theory, but if you book two or more tours for consecutive days, by the time you get back from the first tour it’s already 5-6pm and if your next tour is the following day at 8am, you cannot cancel. Even if you do manage to cancel within the timeframe, do you think it’s going to be easy to find a similar tour at the last minute and the same price?

Emo Tours , Ahmad and his driver , Manchester Yatch Crew and the swimming tutor all made it possible for an AMAZING time . Everything from booking to the reminder of pick up time was immaculate. We had tons of fun , swimming & snorkelling in Red Sea, tropical fish , coral sights were breath taking . Buffet was warm and delicious , snacks and drinks were also served.
