Well worth it
Great communication from the EcoArt team and very easy to meet up in the location that was explained in an email the day before. You're guided into the Vatican museum but then it's over to you. We had to queue for a short time but having seen the 'normal entry' queue it's well worth booking this. Would recommend.

Fantastic Tour with Martina!

His charisma, kindness, and professionalism were evident from the very first moment. San Clemente itself is a place every visitor must see in Rome. Nowhere else in the city layers history so vividly: a 12th-century basilica built over a 4th-century church, resting atop a 1st-century Roman structure. Walking through it feels like descending through time — literally stepping deeper and deeper into the past. It’s one of the rare places where you don’t just learn history, you feel it. Gianluca brought all of this to life with clarity, passion, and a gift for storytelling. He explained every detail, offered profound historical insights, and kept the entire atmosphere light, engaging, and fun. He was incredibly attentive, always making sure the whole group was following along, and delivered every moment of the itinerary with enthusiasm and expertise. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and genuinely enjoyed every second. It’s rare to find a guide who blends knowledge, personality, and storytelling talent so perfectly. Visiting San Clemente is already a must — but visiting with Gianluca makes it unforgettable. We absolutely loved it — highly recommended!

This is bare bones. Skip the line and they leave you at the front inside the entrance. Very little interaction with guide. This is pretty much what I expected for the price. Anything more would’ve been appreciated.

Very unprofessional, their apps not working, not providing earphones, and when you buy earphons, they can not work with that cracked app. I tried to speak with staff working inside Vatican Museum about that, but they helpless with all this kind of agencies selling just tickets and air. When i went to that agency to complaint, contacted a lady who escorted us inside, she just run away saying nothing she can do. On the end, we purchased inside at the info desk audio device and earphones. Beside ticket and posibility to take a photo of this layout of museum you will get nothing else.

This is a must do. Best time of year and the best guide , Laura had the best knowledge and a fine command of language I was so impressed. Our tour was smooth and absolutely beautiful. Just do it !!!! We got access to all areas and only six in our group, we practically had her to ourselves.

Brilliant, enlightening and worth every penny
Laura English was perfect, her knowledge was both broad, enlightening and clearly delivered. Her explanations and enthusiasm was contagious. One of the best guides I have ever encountered after decades of worldwide trips. The tour time was just right, and the fee worth every penny, was fortunately in a small group because of no shows. I like art and architecture which were my main reasons for attending and as a non believer was a little concerned that I might not enjoy the tour Laura made me very welcome. I thoroughly recommend this tour and guide.

Great experience, just realise that there is a lot to view, and the guide cannot stop at everything, you will see the most important and special things. Laura explained everything perfectly, not too broadly or too narrowly, we felt comfortable and any questions were answered. I'd definitely recommend this, we went with this experience after reading the reviews and we feel happy we did, thank you.
