A Unique and Detailed Tour
We went together as a family. It was our first ever trip to Rome together and Sarah was able to explain very well the meaning and background of the important paintings/artifacts. We loved her detailed explanation on the Sistine chapel’s ceiling paintings. It was an unforgettable experience that we will all treasure! The information and Knowledge we gained will always be valuable and meaningful to us!

You will be on your feet the entire time, inside and outside. Might be long for young kids, very cool for adults! Very informative, very fun!

Full of knowledge and easy access to the Vatican
Polina was a fantastic guide. She was friendly, spoke English perfectly and did a great job keeping our group together and finding waiting spots for the group to regather. There is a lot of background noise and although she spoke through a microphone, our headphones had only one ear piece. I had a set in my bag and using them in both ears made it much easier to hear her. My only recommendation for ecoart is to use headphones that go in both ears.

My guide was very knowledgeable. It was a very good overview of the vatican museum at the right pace. Her introduction of the sistine chapel prior to entering was helpful although disappointed that it wasnt a actual part of the tour.

Excellent Tour!
The vast collection, architecture, and history of the Vatican is incredible. It is hard to imagine visiting without a guide, at least for the first (or maybe even 2nd) visit. Our guide, Federica with Ecco Tours, was great.

Visiting the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel was an incredible experience, made even better by our amazing English-speaking guide. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very detailed, making sure we understood the historical significance of everything we saw. His passion for the history of Rome and the Vatican was contagious, and he kept us engaged throughout the entire tour. A Well-Organized & Informative Tour One of the best things about this tour was how well-organized it was. Our guide had a clear plan on how to navigate the Vatican Museum, from where to wait in line, which sections to visit first, and how to avoid the biggest crowds. Even during the 5-minute wait to enter the museum, he took the opportunity to tell us about the history of the surrounding statues and architecture. No moment was wasted, and every part of the tour felt purposeful. He also made sure to answer all our questions and was very understanding of everyone’s needs, ensuring that no one felt lost or overwhelmed. With such a huge museum and so many people around, it was comforting to have a guide who knew exactly where to go and what to focus on. A Small Disappointment – The Missing Staircase The only downside of our tour was that we missed seeing the famous Vatican Museum staircase at the entrance. I only realized this after we got home and saw photos of it online. While this was a small detail, it would have been nice to admire this beautiful architectural feature in person. The Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel – A Must-See The Vatican Museum itself is breathtaking, filled with priceless art, sculptures, and artifacts. Every corner holds something spectacular, and it's impossible to take everything in during just one visit. But the highlight of the tour was, without a doubt, the Sistine Chapel. Seeing Michelangelo’s masterpiece with our own eyes was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The details, colors, and scale of the artwork were simply awe-inspiring. Why You Should Book a Guided Tour If you're planning to visit, I highly recommend booking a guided tour instead of just buying an online ticket. The lines to get in are extremely long, and without a guide, it's easy to miss key details. Our guide knew exactly where to go, what to focus on, and how to make the most of our time. The 3-4 hour tour was intense but incredibly well-organized, making it worth every minute. Final Thoughts This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. It was a historical, educational, and unforgettable experience. If you love history, art, and culture, this is a must-do activity when visiting Rome. Just make sure to book a guided tour so you can fully enjoy everything the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel have to offer. Absolutely worth it!

Terrible Service
This company has terrible service. The location spot is confusing and chaotic. It is not worth the money. Just get the ticket and go yourself this is a money hungry, scam company with no customer service. Do not expect any refund, even though the website says refunds are available. I wouldn't wise this company again. Other reputable companies around like city tours and others.

Good pick to avoid full crowds
We were a group of 6, with my dad using a cane. Our tour guide Federico was extremely knowledgeable about all the art and extremely passionate about what he was speaking about. I would highly recommend him as a tour guide. On another note the first access was very useful for me on an individual level. I do not do well in crowds and get panic attacks if I am crowds for long periods of time. The first access allowed me to enjoy the tour without the full crowds of the Vatican. We stayed after the tour was done and after trying to go back and view my favorite exhibits at 10am I had to quickly run outside because my anxiety took over and I had a panic attack. I then realized how thankful I was for 1. Federico being able to obtain my attention on the art and not focus on the crowd and 2. For having first access and being able to enter and skip the line before it got too crowded. I really was able to enjoy my experience because of this. And my dad had an easier time getting around in his cane as he did not have to maneuver around a lot of people.

A full experience of learning
Rossa was an excellent guide in helping us to understand the nuances of the art and appreciate irs background. She also was able to navigate us through the busy sections as it was very busy. This was my second time at the Museum and I learned new things.
