Terrible Service

This company has terrible service. The location spot is confusing and chaotic. It is not worth the money. Just get the ticket and go yourself this is a money hungry, scam company with no customer service. Do not expect any refund, even though the website says refunds are available. I wouldn't wise this company again. Other reputable companies around like city tours and others.

Good pick to avoid full crowds

We were a group of 6, with my dad using a cane. Our tour guide Federico was extremely knowledgeable about all the art and extremely passionate about what he was speaking about. I would highly recommend him as a tour guide. On another note the first access was very useful for me on an individual level. I do not do well in crowds and get panic attacks if I am crowds for long periods of time. The first access allowed me to enjoy the tour without the full crowds of the Vatican. We stayed after the tour was done and after trying to go back and view my favorite exhibits at 10am I had to quickly run outside because my anxiety took over and I had a panic attack. I then realized how thankful I was for 1. Federico being able to obtain my attention on the art and not focus on the crowd and 2. For having first access and being able to enter and skip the line before it got too crowded. I really was able to enjoy my experience because of this. And my dad had an easier time getting around in his cane as he did not have to maneuver around a lot of people.

A full experience of learning

Rossa was an excellent guide in helping us to understand the nuances of the art and appreciate irs background. She also was able to navigate us through the busy sections as it was very busy. This was my second time at the Museum and I learned new things.

Great Tour with Great Guide

My wife and I greatly I enjoyed the tour. Our guide Adrian was very informative and friendly. We met up at the stairs outside of Vatican City and our tour pretty much started there. We had a small group of 8 total. We booked for 1030 and it was busy as expected but to at all unbearable. I would definitely book a morning slot to avoid the afternoon crowd. The tour itself was just a bit fast paced but again, that’s expected with the amount of people going through the museum. The good thing is that after the guided tour is over, you’re free to explore at your own pace. With the guide, we stopped at many important pieces of art and statues. Very educational. The museum itself is art. The Chapel was the after the museum. Very surreal. You’re able to sit there as long as you like. They do enforce the no pictures/videos rule so please be respectful. They also don’t like a lot of noise in there. Beautiful experience that you have to see for yourself. There’s a food court in the museum that we didn’t go to but we did eat at the restaurant in the “Pinecone Courtyard”. The food was good and the service was also good. The cons (if any) are not related to the tour but more so the experience itself: -This museum is huge and there’s a nice bit of walking. -With the amount of visitors, you MAY not get all the good photos you want. That said, I was able to get plenty. -This tour uses an earpiece for the guide to speak to the group. We didn’t have many issues but the volume was low and it was a bit staticky at times. But the guide fixed this issue. To summarize, great tour and I highly suggest it.

The tour of the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel was brilliant. Oscar our guide was knowledgeable and adapted to our groups interests. He added humour to the tour and pointed out all the highlights as well as some small things of interest that you don’t always get to see due to number of people in the Vatican. Going on the 8.30am tour was definitely worth it for these little extras and a bit more space to look around. The guide also knew where to beat the crowds and gave a great overview of the Sistine chapel before we went in so we knew what to look for which added to the experience. Before the tour, I thought trying to look around the Vatican museum without a guide would be overwhelming and arduous. Having been with a guide I know this would be the case!!!

Great tour experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Laura. She was very knowledgeable and able to convey many fascinating details about the architecture, art work, and historical significance of the Vatican. She was able to provide a great summary of the Sistine Chapel in a way that really enhanced the experience. I highly recommend Laura.

Great tour with Sarah

We did the small group tour with Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and her stories about the artists were very interesting. It was a great tour and we got to skip the line and see the main sections of the Vatican. We went to Paris, Italy and Ireland and only did 2 tours total, this was one, and I'm so glad we did it. I got so much more out of the tour vs. walking through on our own and not understanding what we were looking at. I would recommend this to anyone planning to tour the Vatican.
