Expected better

The food was pretty disappointing, and honestly, the whole experience didn’t feel worth what we paid for it. Felt like i ate mostly junk food

Where to find local food and wine

Ellie was a great guide. She was energetic and engaging with the small group of 8 (4 couples). She took us to 6 local establishments and then finished off with a gelato stop. All places were small less than 10 tables, been operating for over 20+ years and across the river from the tourist areas. The food and wine was wonderful. Great time, highly recommend for your first night in Florence

We love Alice!!!

Alice was FABULOUS! Our family of 8 (including 2 young children) had such an amazing time and made us feel like her own family. Alice knew all the history and fun facts of the city, proving her true Florentine heritage. Great cheese, great meat, great gelato, great wine and spectacular guide. Highly recommend, even in 100 degree heat! 🙌🏼👍🏼🍾 Bellissimo!!!

10/10 food tour with Aldo!

We loved our food tour of Naples with Aldo! I wish Eating Europe could clone Aldo and have him in all the cities! We've lived near Naples for 2 years now, and still learned so much today. Aldo is so passionate about the beautiful city of Naples. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the city and the history. He made it fun to learn about the history and really helped break down the stigma of Naples. This was my 8th tour with Eating Europe, and is probably my favorite so far! The food was amazing and we really enjoyed the history behind it all. It was also a perfect tour to do during our cruise. The meeting point was just a 15 minute walk from the cruise terminal, and we were back on the ship with plenty of time to spare!

Roseanne was such a wonderful guide during our Amsterdam food tour. Aside from the AMAZING food, her upbeat and friendly attitude made our tour the highlight of our trip to Amsterdam. This tour did not disappoint. A++++

Best tour guide ever!

We came to Prague with my husband and myself. We not only had amazing food and variety but our guide Helena really gave us a great cultural tour as well. The food was amazing and the drinks were great! We also had great food experiences which really helped. Everything was quick and timed very well. Definite 5 stars!!!

Good way to enjoy Florence foods and wines

Serena was very good as a tour guide. Very relaxing way to spend a few hours trying different ones and foods in a very cool part of Florence that isn’t so busy or crazy. Highly recommend it you will enjoy the cave wine cellar.

Worth it!

I had an amazing experience with food tour led by Carlos. He is knowledgeable and you could feel that he is passionate about his job. Even solo, he made sure I am engaged with the group… Foods were amazing.. my fave is the fish cod and octopus salad.. Also, our two tuktuk drivers were really good.. They’re knowledgeable and funny… I highly recommend this tour when you visit Lisbon..

The only way to see a...

The only way to see a unique city is to do a food tour. Noway would we have found the different areas of the city and taste the amazing food. Each destination was a gem. Our tour guide Kate was so, so good, her English was very easy to understand and her knowledge of the food and origins was the best. We would have never have had this experience on our own. This tour is an experience to remember and Kate made it extra special.
