Eating Europe Excels Again
Second time we have toured with Eating Europe ( first time in Rome) and the experience at Borough Market did not disappoint. The guide was wonderful and provided a lot of history about the area and the food outstanding. We especially liked the hard cider, sticky toffee pudding, fish and chips, and Portuguese breakfast sweet. Will definitely book another tour with Eating Europe on our next family trip.

He shared so many back stories of the area the famed Market is in as well as the history of the Market and it's roll in London over the centuries......all this in addition to tasting and learning about some classic English food and drink! Tom gave everyone some individual time during the tour, so nice to get to know him.

An abundant tour
Wonderful, relaxed, rich, filling tour of the Gaia side of the Douro River. Gonçalo led a lively and interesting tour—and he really knows the wine industry having worked in it, and he is passionate about Porto as one who was born and raised here. We had a lovely small mix of people and thoroughly enjoyed our ramblings through the neighborhoods and of course the food and drinks. Highly recommend.

Very well organized and great tastings!! Josh was fantastic in telling us the story and history of the East End while feeding us a great sampling of the food. We have been on a lot of food tours in our travels and this was one of the best!

Wonderful food tour! We ate so much. All the dishes were interesting and great to eat. G, our guide was very friendly and knew Porto and you could tell he deeply loved the city.

More Wine Than Food, but Elisa Made the Tour Unforgettable
We joined a 3.5-hour guided food and wine walking tour in Florence. While the tour offered 5–6 different food bites, they were smaller than expected, and overall there was definitely more wine and drinks provided than food. For a food-focused tour, more tastings would have made the experience feel more complete. That said, our guide Elisa more than made up for it—she was lively, fun, entertaining, and extremely knowledgeable. Her energy and passion carried through the entire tour, making it thoroughly enjoyable and never dull. She also went the extra mile at the end to ensure everyone got back safely to their accommodations or next destination. Overall, even with the smaller food portions, Elisa’s enthusiasm and professionalism made this a memorable and delightful experience.

Mostly great!
We felt Amanda did a great job. The tour was mostly really good. The bachalau bras had almost no fish in it. Some better choice for nonalcoholic drinks would have been welcome.

Kriszti did an amazing job on the tour! Her knowledge of the city is spectacular and she took us to the best restaurants. Highly recommend this tour on day one or two of your trip to Lisbon as it gets you familiarized with the city. 10/10

Worth the money, full of food with a good group. Tours guide David was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The tour was excellent, real portuguese food. David was very knowledgeable, friendly. My favorite part was at Tasquindna Canton do Fado, great octopus device with red wine. We finished strong with Pastas Natel. Definitely can see why these are so addicting.
