“Best way to explore Lisbon – history, culture, and incredible food!”
We took the Eating Europe Food Tour with Carlos on our first day in Lisbon, and it was the perfect introduction to the city. The food and wine were exceptional, and Carlos’s knowledge of Lisbon’s history and culture made every stop memorable. It was more than just a food tour — it gave us a deeper appreciation for Lisbon’s neighborhoods, local traditions, and the wonderful owners and staff at each stop. We even found ourselves retracing our steps later in the trip to revisit some of our favorite spots! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lisbon — whether it’s your first time in Europe or you’re looking for an insider’s perspective on the best local food, wine, and culture. Portugal has become one of our favorite trips ever, and this tour played a big part in that.

Great food tour in Porto
Excellent way to tour the city and understand Portuguese culture/history. Our guide Diogo was exceptional. Knowledgeable, engaging and well prepared. The four food stops were all different but all the food and drink were great.

our tour guide, Leo was fantastic, took us to all neighborhood local places, gave us a history lesson too! Very friendly and knowledgeable! We all loved it!

Fantastic tour of the East End with Josh!
We had a great time on our food tour of the East End! Josh was a wonderful tour guide and gave us a lot of history of the area while we sampled all types of delicious food! Would highly recommend!

Excellent Food tour
The tour was great! Gerard was knowledgeable, friendly and very personable. All of the foods stops were well executed and very tasty! The canal boat was in pristine condition. The canal ride was smooth sailing. Definitely recommend a tour with Eating Europe and if in Amsterdam with Gerard.

Carlos, our guide provided an excellent tour under extremely harsh weather conditions. He was knowledgable and friendly. The food choices and wine pairings were also very good.

This was an excellent two hour of five stops. We went off the beaten path and we had excellent choices and wine. Our guide Amanda was fantastic.

What a great start to our 3 days in Rome. The food was great as was our tour guide. We had a small group of 11 which was a perfect number all from different parts of the world which made for an interesting evening. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour.

Delicious!
Great experience with Roisin, our delightful, intelligent and lively tour guide. We were able to taste loads of amazing and delicious food and drink, while at the same time absorbing the amazing atmosphere of these busy markets. Roisin also filled us in on the incredible history of both the markets and some of London, an added bonus! Thanks and well done Roisin !

Hidden gem tour!
Took this tour after seeing a review online and thoroughly enjoyed it! Nadia the guide was personable, knowledgeable, and humorous and made the experience so worth it. Of course, all the spots we visited were excellent as well, I returned to some of them the next few days after the tour. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone, foodie or otherwise!

Good food and good times! Max knew his way around town and knew a lot about the places we stopped. The steps you take will balance out the calories you eat too. 😀

Totally worth it!
I wanted to try the Florentine steak, but am traveling solo. This gave me the opportunity to try it plus much much more delicious food! Plus some amazing local wines! Ava was the perfect tour guide/ host!
