I actually enjoyed the octopus!
We had a wonderful evening filled with delicious food and good vibes. Our guide Fred was fantastic. He was friendly and informative and shared recommendations beyond the restaurants we visited. The chicken samosas are not to be missed! I don’t drink alcohol, and Fred made sure there were options for me besides just water.

A great tour of the market area!
Max was an excellent guide for the Spitailfields market area. He was full of knowledge and a real character! Also, Max’s winter mustache was pretty epic.

Family fun!
We had an awesome tour with Eli! It was wonderful to see the city of Florence where the locals live rather than the tourist areas. Eli was a great guide and made us all comfortable. Excellent tastings and lots of fun for our family of 8.

We had such a great time on this food tour! Amanda was a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Lisbon. She shared wonderful insights about the city and the food at every stop. Each tasting was delicious, and the restaurants were well prepared for our group, offering attentive and personal service throughout. It felt relaxed, thoughtful, and well organized from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour if you want to experience Lisbon through its food with a guide who truly knows the city.

Amazing, informative and great local food places!
Has a fantastic experience with Eating Europe. The tour guide David met us promptly at the meeting spot. He took us to various eating spots which were not touristy which was perfect. He also has a very subtle sense of humor which was a lot of fun. The tuk tuk driver Miguel (an ex cop) was superb as well. Showed us around and gave us some very interesting history. He also sang some Fado for us. Overall a brilliant experience and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful tour!
This Borough Market food tour was an absolute highlight of our time in London. From start to finish, it was thoughtfully curated, delicious, and engaging. Our guide, Kaffe, was exceptional—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about both the food and the history of the market. We sampled an amazing variety of flavors, from savory classics to sweet treats, and learned the stories behind the vendors along the way. Kaffe kept the pace perfect and made everyone feel welcome, answering questions and offering great local insights. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves food, culture, and a memorable experience.

I actually liked the octopus!
We enjoyed ample delicious options at five restaurants. Our guide Fred was friendly and knowledgeable and told us all about the types of restaurants we visited and foods we ate. We also got to know our way around the neighborhood. Be prepared for some walking and adventurous eating!

Fun, upbeat and delicious
We had such a fun afternoon with Oliver. He’s very knowledgeable in the local history and the food culture. Oliver is very patient with us, answered our questions, made great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Local insights from Tina (a local)!
Our walking tour of Florence was an absolute treat! A group of about 10 which was a good size, but not too large was treated to a series of very local and very "off the tourist trail" food and wine experiences with the owners of the properties sharing their knowledge and specialities. Tina, our guide, is a local and clearly has great relationships with many of the venues we visited as they welcomed her like family and treated us to experiences we will not easily forget. Highlights include the wine cellar at Massi's which is so old, much of it has not been explored, the self-proclaimed King of Cheese, who certainly knew about the local products and the wild boar stew, a local staple in the winter months. Combined with local wines of differing styles, there is certainly something for everyone on this tour and we highly recommend it. If you are lucky enough to have Tina as your guide, she will treat you with stories of her time growing up in Florence as well as her time living around the world. A wonderful insight into how the people of Florence dine and shop and a tour that is well worth the visit.
