It wasn't a very good experience for all of us. Before we went, our expectations were very high. But we were disappointed, unfortunately.. You have to wait for meaningless queues. The staff are so and soo slow and they want you to be frustrated. Most likely, they force you to buy the express tickets. On the other hand, if you buy the express tickets, it doesn't make the staff work faster!!! The staff is always wasting so much time every go!! If you're okay for all of these, you can come..

Was great fun, but need to work out a better routine to get the kews down quicker, entry to park was about 4 min max, entry to rides 40 - 70 minutes

Good day out for older kids and adults, however be prepared for lots of lines, and not much to keep under 5yrs busy and entertained. More water play activities and interactive things are needed. Also the small kids area should have their own change and nappy change area.

I would like to give zero star. That is absolutely waste of money. Poor customer service and every rides big queues because of very very slow. They should know Kids get frustrated and hard to manage them. I won't recommend to go there to waste of money and time.

Yesterday morning my 9yo son was able to go down “The Bro” at the top they checked his height and he was just tall enough to go down, Why is it that 10:30am He could go down but at 3pm in the line before going upstairs to the slide his height was checked he was under the bar this time and refused to be let on even though he went down it in the morning? Are your bars measured incorrectly? My son is Autistic this then made his day finish as he could not let go nor understand why when he could this morning. Please check all your metal measurement bars are the same thank you. Outside of that my 2yo had an amazing time in wiggle bay. But you do need to be consistent with your ride measurements 2 stars even though my 2yo had an Amazing day after my 9yo being let down it made the rest of the day extremely difficult as his autistic brain could not understand. Having a 9yo wanting to leave and a 2 yo wanting to stay while you also have a baby under 1. Makes things difficult.

Had a good range of waterslides for different ages - wiggle bay for young kids, then Pipeline plunge which is like a waterslide playground for ~5yo, then progress up to temple of huey and little rippers before heading to the bigger slides. Lots of lifeguards to make sure everyone is safe. The facilities could do with a bit of an update - but overall a good day out :)

Very disappointing experience. Extremely long wait times as rides were very slow to progress riders, not because it was too busy. It felt like the staff were on a go slow. There was at least 6 slides out of action during peak of school holidays. And very limited options for my 5 year old due to height restrictions. Been to better water parks in australia and overseas.

horrible waterpark. The wait time is 30mins-1hour+ to go down a slide that will take less than a minute, and most of the fun/long slides were closed or out of order. There is minimal food and drink to purchase, and whatever is there is a huge scam and ripoff. $12.90-$14.90 for a singular hot dog is unacceptable. The price for this waterpark is ridiculous considering the minimal fun and amusement you get. Not recommended at all whatsoever, don’t waste your energy and money on this overpriced and overrated attraction!
