The wait times between riders are excessive, while waiting for one of the rides we timed the period between people getting off and the next riders, 3 minutes were no-one was on the ride.

They sell services they are not equipped to handle. Severely understaffed. Most stores not opened. They sell unlimited refills for drinks online with no facility to actually refill them without waiting for over an hour in the same line at the 1 store open in the entire park to buy all drinks and food. The eating area is full of people waiting to be served and not actually eating.

One Star for cleanliness and upkeep but unfortunately the queues make it impossible to add any more. While safety is important, it's on another whole level compared to the other park down the road. Measuring and weighing everyone slowly while anyone with any common sense can clearly so that person is of correct weight and height, life guard at top of slides waiting for thumbs up from life guard at the bottom who is clearly daydreaming. Food queues are also crazy. That can't be explained by safety, just poor processes. Could be a great but just needs a bit more streamlining. Surely an idea could be to weigh and measure everyone on entry and issue arm bands corresponding to what slides that person can use. You could even QR code it if you wanted to be a bit more discrete.

I recently visited this water park and was thoroughly impressed. The facilities were immaculate, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The variety of attractions catered to all ages, making it a perfect family outing. The water slides were exhilarating. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend.

1.5 hour food wait Staff no apology when asking- throw food on table - walk off Cannot handle pressure better - no food shop

Our fault that we went during the school holidays, but the waiting time was crazy. For one ride - you wait at least an hour and the rides are rather short as well. Two of the slides were closed, so it made the lines even longer. Storage cost was $7. Overall no point of going during busy season.

Queues can be very long, but there's plenty to do in that case. Waves are sure to be a hit! The kids area had plenty of activities even for parents to be thoroughly engaged with their kids

We had a good afternoon here, however, wait times too long for slides - felt staff deliberately slow at times - and number of slides out of action. Hate to go on a busy day Facilities- lockers , toilets etc - good Didn’t try food or drink
