1 hour wait lines for 30 secs of joy Not worth the price or energy and frustration waiting in lines as an interstate visitor 2 adults and 2 children - left halfway through the day to go to dreamworld instead 4 slides in 4 hours ain’t cutting it Some slides had 2-3 mins down time between sliders for what??!! The 8 slide only had 5 lines open then they would send single riders or 2 riders down at once with a 2 min break at the end I understand safety but it’s actually ridiculous and feel it could be done so much better Opening during the week days would be so much better Will not be returning

Ride was stopped due to some kids doing the wrong thing and staff had to perform safety checks which is completely fair. Nothing was communicated to the guest, zero they were left standing there the ride was still being checked 45 mins later still no updates. So poor

Pretty disappointed with our day at WhiteWater World. There weren’t that many people, but the efficiency was not good. We only managed to do five slides all day, and two broke down, including one after waiting an hour. Definitely not worth the price.

Expect to be disappointed not many decent slides the decent ones they have are completely crowded due to the fact that staff only allow people to go down when they feel like it definitely doesn’t take 15-20mins to go down a slide save your money and go to wet n wild

Not something I’d encourage spending money on. There are limited rides/attractions which is okay but the waiting lines are utterly ridiculous. Half the slides were closed and then staff seem to wait an extended period of time before letting people on. We came as a group and all bailed on 2 attractions because we were waiting so long. The 1 we persevered for was boring and not worth the wait.

I would never come back. Slides purposely slowed down to make reason for the ridiculously $100 price for 7 fast rides only. Everything is boring and slow lined up for 2 hours so far and still haven't been down a slide. Now the main water park is shut and we are just sitting on seat. By far the worst water park will NEVER come back. Movie World, Sea world and Wet n Wild are by far the absolute best places to go! And aren't a money pit for crap like WWW. Baby pool was the coldest pool we have been in at ANY THEME PARK ! Not even close to worth the price. And don't even get me started on waits for drink or food!!!

Lines are shorter but everything moves SO MUCH SLOWER. Could be a lot more efficient in the way they do things. Really a poor budget version of wet n wild. Do not bother

Underwhelming, understaffed and as a result only limited access to facilities. Very long wait times on a quiet weekday. Super unsatisfied children. Surely a case for the Australian commerce commission to investigate.

Love wiggle bay for our lil ones. Went on a weekday arvo 3-5pm) so it was quiet and not chaotic. We purchased annual passes during the buy 3, get 1 free sale in august. So worth it.

Fun. Go there on Mon to Fri so you dont spend all day waiting for your turn. The wave pool is no queue tho

My girlfriend and I went to the park on a Sunday before the start of the season, there were a few people but not too many in 6 hours without ever taking a break we only managed to do 8 slides, Short but endless queues since each slide made people go down with large intervals even if the previous ones had already come out of the slide
