On the Gold Coast for a week's holiday, pity the park is only open Friday to Sunday. School holidays have commenced in Qld from Dec 1 and the park isn't opened. The weekend was busy, and we had an enjoyable day.

I went with my 2 grandchildren aged 3 and 5. It was perfect because there was so much they could do yet the park wasn't so gigantic that they could easily be lost. My son and his wife enjoyed the adult slides. It was easy to find a shaded lounge chair, there are many around. We had originally planned to hire a cabana but am glad they were booked out because there really was no need. We lined up early and found the chairs easily. The wave pool was the big winner. Great day out.

Great place for older kids and young family. Just a little tip, if you are renting a cabana avoid #20 and #6, there is a speaker just outside these 2 blasted at full volumne so you will not be able to have a conversation or relax. Hope I knew that. Other than that I have no other negative comments.

The water park was extremely disappointing. Some of the best slides were not operating at all, and even the ones that were open suddenly turned into 45-minute waits without any explanation. I spent around three hours there and managed to go on only four slides in total — which is ridiculous for a place that advertises itself as a full water park experience. There was no information provided about which slides were open, why queues stopped, or what was causing the delays. The whole place felt poorly organized and completely not worth the money. Honestly, it feels like a real scam.

Great water park, clean, well run and loads of fun. Awesome slides and plenty of spots to relax. Great for younger kids, and worth getting the annual ticket if a local.
