The queue management and ride loading efficiency were terrible, there was no desire to get people through the rides in a reasonable way. It took nearly two hours per ride and it was unnecessary for it too take so long. There were too many people for the facilities to cope with, so the queues were huge even for the bathrooms. We will probably not come back.

I read many reviews about how long it took to get through the queue, and I witnessed this. On the octopus we were waiting at the bottom for mats, the group who went down (2 slides not working), finished, cleared the water, people waiting for the mats took the mats and walked to slide, 1 minute later the man put his flag up for the next people. This happened 5 times! When we were in the big 6, we were only a group of 3 and had 3 empty slides, the next group were 4 and so waited - surely the lifeguard asks if the group behind is 2/3 to join us to make queue quicker! I fully understand safety etc.. but can't see how the 2 examples I just gave affected safety! Some wait times were long with slow moving queues. I understand you can buy a fast pass, but if everyone did this it would be awful for those that can not afford it I have read countless comments about slow staff/ long turn over between rides- surely it's time to review this and make it more effective .wave machine broke with no reason given even though we asked 4 people - no guide to know how long it would be broken for,

This was my inaugural visit to the venue, as my family traveled from Melbourne to celebrate a birthday. We were somewhat disappointed to discover that the website did not indicate the presence of five schools on the day we chose to visit, which resulted in an unexpectedly long wait in line. We had specifically planned our trip to avoid long queues normally in school holidays period for this very reason. Additionally, I would like to mention that there is only one food venue available, which can lead to congestion during lunch time. Despite these challenges, we found the rides to be more enjoyable here compared to Wet and Wild, as the weight were more manageable, allowing us to experience the attractions as a family. We would certainly consider returning, ideally during a time when schools are not in attendance and non school holidays. We particularly enjoyed the Rip ride, especially since the Green Room tunnel was closed during our visit.

Terrible - major ride closures and high number of express pass holders caused lines close to 2 hours long. 2 slides in 4 hours. No communication before purchasing tickets at gate.

The water park is great for our family especially for our small kids, age 2 and 5. Very family oriented. Everything was fine until right at the end when we needed to use shower/ toilet and they shut some toilet facilities (whichh gg is working fine really). And so there was a massive queue for the only toilet/ shower area that can be used (which has only 4-5 shower cubicles). How can you expect for so many guests to squeeze in there/ wait long just to get changed/ have shower. It was so inconvenient. Apart from that, everything would have been perfect. Please improve on this

Enshitification... Rope off the deep end of the wave pool so paid staff aren't needed on the 2 empty lifeguard chairs, makes an already crowded pool super crowded. Only open about 70% of the slides to turn long lines into 45min waits. My guess is it pushes everyone to the refreshment stand where you can queue another 20mins for some overpriced over ordinary food. Nostalgia may be my enemy...

Staff were really rude. Water slides were pretty good, but a 1 hour wait. You can pay $125/ person to get to the top of the queue, but the people waiting an hour could kill you with their stares as you barge in front. We went on a weekday and not in school holidays. The ground is baking hot from the sun, but you aren't allowed to wear shoes on the rides, so you have to hop, skip and scald your feet (you can wear shoes and park them near the ride, but one of my shoes wasn't there when i got back). Food very expensive 1 hot dog and chips =$18. There are plenty of lockers to store your things safely. Parking is easy and free.

It was our first visit to WWW celebrating husband's birthday with kids. We were very excited as local and bought annual pass. Giving 2 stars for clean areas and amenities, rides and kids area distribution and also good lockers availability. But the facilities not equipped to handle big crowd for weekend. Rides 40+ mins wait which was expected looking at crowd but most delays were because of staff shortage. 4 slides for wiggle Bay was with 20+ mins wait cause of less staff! Food took 20+ mins to order and 60+ mins wait after odering to collect! Not joking, Many people were just waiting and many demanded refund. Paid for unlimited drinks but couldn't even refill with long lines. Not enough change rooms or showers. People were using toilets to change! Even family room/baby change room was just taking over by families all changing and spending 30 mins. That means I ended up waiting in toilet ques with my 3 year old with ridiculous wait every time she want to go. I wish they improve on this as with the amount of promotion they are doing with deals this would be regular weekend situation. We would love to visit again but not everyone can visit during weekdays.

Kids friendly but overall would not recommend. Lines were unbelievably long and no pools to sit in.

Very poorly run, ripper broken, green room broken, fast slide, broke, it's not even that crowded, wave pool hardly has any waves to knee level. takes over an hour to get thru each ride. So much stuffing around, Wet n wild much bet. Half the food stall was closed,

The food line wait is ridiculous and then even after you have ordered it takes almost 20min. I've been to hot dog stand 4 times and told every time to come back in half an hour. They won't let me order then wait for it so practical you can't get a hot dog because they wont let you order it. . Ridiculous!
