Cool place, but omg the wait to go for 1 slide 😢😢 & the intervals between each person going down the slide are sooo long. I understand health n safety of everyone but omg. Lucky there was a wave pool that we cud hang in, instead.

Awesome family fun, crowds aren't huge when we visited in January School holidays and the food is quick and efficient. The ride lines can move slow though especially at the temple of huey.

It's hard to review a place when we were heavily disappointed due to it being school holidays, unfortunately it is the parks responsibility to prepare better for that time of year and providing expected wait times per ride would be a simple/basic expectation.

Was great would definitely go again but the ride lines were longer then the should be and moved slower then they should. Maybe space them closer together and add another ride or 2 to spread out the crowds.

We paid $200 for Express Passes for two people, but they were not respected at all, especially on the Hydrocoaster. The express line stopped completely while the general line moved 2–3 times faster. People who were behind us in the general queue got on the ride before us, while we waited over 30 minutes barely moving. Staff did nothing to manage or prioritise the express line. Paying extra for no benefit is unacceptable. This feels misleading and honestly like a scam. Do not waste your money on Express Passes.

The staff were extremely friendly and very professional. All rides were easy and extremely well organised. Staff took their roles seriously and ensured the safety of others at all times.

We had a great time at the park overall, but unfortunately our experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of the staff. My husband, my pregnant sister, and I were sitting near the kids’ pool while waiting for the rest of our family to come out of the changing rooms. It had been a long day, and my sister needed to rest. Without saying anything to us, three female lifeguards came and stood a few feet away, looking around. After several minutes, one of them suddenly yelled at us, saying, “Can you all move along, I would really like to go home.” We were never informed that we were not allowed to sit there, nor were we told that we needed to wait near the entrance instead. The way the situation was handled felt extremely rude and unprofessional. The lack of communication, followed by shouting, was unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable. The interaction also left us feeling that it might had been racially motivated which was disappointing. We enjoyed the park itself, but this experience with staff was upsetting and took away from an otherwise good day.

This is an amazing water park with super fun water slides! But sometimes the waits can be a bit long, one time I waited around 40m for the hydro coaster but worth the wait! Amazing place definitely would recommend! I am coming back on this Wednesday! I can’t wait!

Great rides but at the start of the day the lines were very big at 1 hr 30mins. Also the lightning break was unreasonably long as after 5 mins there was no rain but the rides still didn't open. But at the end of the day the lines were extremely short and completely made up for it

Really well designed and great facilities; rides are good… just the queues and time taken to get on the rides is woeful; compounded by Express pass holders delaying everyone else even further. Need to reduce the maximum number of people who can enter… but this is counter productive to profits!
