Friendly staff, food was actually ok. Burgers were decent, chips were really nice. Paid $279 for a Cabana as I had 7 children with me and wanted guaranteed shade for them. We have hired Cabanas many times but unfortunately this time the shade/privacy blind was missing (you could see where they used to be) and no safe for valuables either. You could also see where that used to be but I couldn’t take a photo as the fridge was in the way. The park itself was great, kids had a ball, I felt the lifeguards were all amazing and on the ball but one girl really stood out her name was Taylah and unfortunately she was totally unenthusiastic, and was constantly looking everywhere but at the guards at the top of the slides at wiggle bay so they would stand there holding the kids back waiting for her thumbs up but she was never paying attention so they just had to wait until she bothered to look up at them. It stood out because all the others were very attentive. One who was particularly on the ball was from Montpellier, France but I can’t remember his name. I’m sad that we had no shade in the afternoon particularly for my two 3 year olds. I won’t bother wasting that much money next time.

Had a great time. A bit of a line up though. Most slides are amazing fun. Some are real bad though, fully stopped on one of them!

We enjoyed our day in the Whitewater World. It's our first time and we spent most of our time in Wiggle Bay since we have an infant. The overall place is clean and not overcrowded. The food is also okay :)

It was good yet the lines was quite long and I think we should have more space as it felt small coming from person with claustrophobic. Overall great rides to go on and even small ones for the kids to on.

Kids absolutely love it and would spend all day there if they could!

Mostly a great day! Few issues - apparently "appropriate swimwear" does not include denim shorts and the best time for a staff member to announce this is after a person with a disability queues for an hour for a waterslide, then climbs into the raft, only to be asked to get out and walk back down the stairs. 10 staff at least saw the shorts before this happened and said nothing. A previous waterslide the shorts had been no problem, put a severe down into the day as they were not game to try any other rides and essentially their ticket was wasted. Then when changing in the disabled bathroom, with the door locked, the door was flung wide open and a family just stood there staring. Apparently when you lock the door they don't lock outside and anyone can just walk in. Extremely unsafe and upsetting.

Fast entry, not too long to wait on rides but could do with some more covered seating as they get taken quickly

I have a 5 year old son and a 15 year old girl they both loved the water park the kids section my son loved did not stop one stage l joined him going down the slide my daughter loved it as well The only thing that wasn't good the lack of seating and shade for everyone we had to seat on the ground with no shade but we still had a great time

Hmm not too sure. I think if you come midweek out with of school holidays you’ll be fine. Any other time, weekend or school holidays I’d say forget it. You’re waiting anything between 30-60mins for 1 ride.. there are too many people crammed in, $ over customer enjoyment. Saying that, the last hour of opening we managed to cram a few rides in as only 10-15mins waiting. I must highlight a safety issue that occurred today however, around 5pm on the fully 6 ride. As we were waiting on the staircase, we heard a loud bang and next thing I know a plastic CLIPBOARD had fallen from the lifeguard/ control point at the top downwards and landed about 5cm from my sons head. I’m sorry, but if this had hit either of us. We would have been requiring an ambo and stitches at the local hospital. The staff didn’t even realise until a few mins later. The young bloke came down and apologised but I’m sorry, training needs to happen/ these must be secured with a cord or something.

Great fun for the family but be prepared to wait over an hour for the water slides. We got food externally as it was over priced and didn’t taste great.
