Getting the annual pass was the best decision. The family always has a great time at White Water world. Staff and lifeguards are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Needs a bit more shade in certain areas, and some cooler materials under food in the major walkways. But of course, there are many ways to cool off and have a great day.

We waited on the vortex when there was a technical issue. The staff member kept saying it will go shortly there's a technical issue. As we were at the front of the queue we stayed. 20 minutes later we got in the ride. There are lots of queues and things move slowly. The park is fine but don't go for slides you will be disappointed.

We liked how it was a bit quieter than the other parks, which means shorter waiting times. We didn’t need to carry a raft up the stairs for each ride. The rides could handle more weight, which meant more family time, as we could go on rides as a family without anyone missing out.

Very disappointed. We had originally spent a pleasant afternoon here, but around 4 p.m. we decided to line up for the Super Cube. After waiting for about 50 minutes, the line suddenly stopped. We were just about to get on, but the staff kept chatting among themselves and did not explain why it had stopped. We patiently waited another ten minutes. During that time, the staff only explained the reason for the pause to the people at the very front. Everyone else behind them was completely confused and had no idea how much longer we were supposed to wait. People in the back of the line gradually became impatient—more and more people started looking ahead, and then more and more people left. Since no one explained what was going on or how long the wait would be, we also decided to leave. However, just as we walked away, the ride restarted. We understand that technical issues can happen, but no one explained the situation to the line. It made us feel disrespected, and we ended up wasting an hour for nothing.

Very bad experience, we waited the super tubes for almost 50 mins, only a couple of groups to go, the staff stopped release people, they just kept talking ! So many people were waiting there for a reason, they just talked to the very first people, and no any explain to others. We keep standing there and don’t know what happened and if we should continue waiting or not! More and more people quite the line, a few mins later, the cube restarted again. It’s terrible customer service, at lease we need an explanation and tell us appromixate time it may take to fix the problem!

Less walking and decent amount of rides. It at least is more accommodating to taller people. Family meals are great value. Staff are great.

Was great time Visited on a weekday Lines were very quick with the fast passIt was a great time. I visited on a weekday and the fast pass made the lines very quick. However, I did have a problem with some rides not accommodating larger people. Overall, it was a great experience. I had one issue with some rides not accommodating larger people but overall it was a great experience.
