Just want to share my 1 star review cause the wave pool isn't open especially on Australia day, maybe one of the hottest times of the year, understanding the pool does look contaminated, but life guards and guest services were no help hence leaving the 1 star review, a service announcement or a sign when it might be back open would be appreciated on a hot day especially on Australia day for families and single day passes.

Such a wonderful experience! If there will be more cafe/food truck open that would be better. Might need to be cautious due to rough surface at the big wave, kids may get bruises

Quite good. Lines are about 40-60min wait. Lots of variety and the kids area is awesome. Great park for the kids more so than the adults. Wet n Wild is more for the adults.

Sorry to say no one out the front telling people what gates to go through it changed from yesterday and people who were waiting in line first got in last because they opened additional gates and maybe there should be a swimming dress code because children dont need to see females dressed in g string bikinis or lady parts hanging out in full view this is not appropriate atire to swim in around children im disgusted... the swim wear attire needs to be addressed with management and something needs to be done.... we have spent a lot of money to have passes to experience this and its horrible...

There's plenty of slides and things to do here but it takes FOREVER to get on a slide. The lines are too long and slow. Too many tedious checks by the staff to make sure thing's are 'safe'. It's way to slow. Very inefficient.

Fantastic staff. Attentive life guards. Need a large parents area like the set up at Dreamworld. Also need to increase the number of toilets and showers as lines are long and accidents happen with young children waiting.

Kids absolutely loved it. Best activity when the thermometer hits 30+. Lots of rides and activities they never get bored with.

Having one shop for food and fast passes is ridiculous!! I didnt want food i needed the passes, and i had to wait in the entire line just to get the passes. They have enquires they could quickly issue them out. Already waiting half the day, shocking we have to wait even more. Rides are good though, when you eventually get on one.

It’s was awesome, we went with my kids on Saturday and didn’t have to wait in any long lines because of express and the kids had the most fun they’ve ever had in a long time. Thank you white water world!!!
