Excellent art historian guide!
Florence was a phenomenal guide. She was so knowledgeable and also was able to navigate the crowd at the Louvre which was unusually dense the day we attended. I would have liked to have spent more time seeing the art with Florence if it had been less crowded. My only criticism of the tour was the difficulty finding the tour group at the Arc de Triomphe du Caroussel bc it was so crowded and so many tours were meeting there. We needed a more specific site or feature to find CityWonders.

If you think you’re booking an guided tour, look elsewhere
This tour is not what is advertised. There is no guide to the tour as described. They just give you a QR to scan on your own phone to walk round by yourself. No headsets provided as stated in the description. The guide just gives you an entrance ticket, walks you to the back of the queue and then leaves. That’s it. Very disappointed.

Up Pompeii! Down Positano.
Pompeii is really worth the time and money. Positano was a big let-down. The best thing about the latter was the "Wacky Races" antics of our drivers on the minibuses to and from it.

Expense, but for first time visitors was worth it!
A bit expensive, but everything was well organized, guide answered all questions and was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly Viator responded via Whatsup when we had a question.

Fascinating tour
Can highly recommend this tour, the guide was brilliant she mixed her vast knowledge and made it a fun experience for everyone. The tour latest just under 3 hours so put a comfortable pair of shoes on. The highlight was standing in the Sistine Chapel it's something you will never forget. Tour allowed exclusive access that to a side door at the back of the chapel and down the royal stairway. If your in Rome it's a most see and you will certainly get good value for money.

Fraud Tour
This tour is a fraud! We were supposed to experience 3 different stops and the only reason we booked this tour was for Amalfi coast. We were told there was a motorcyclist killed in an accident and the road to Positano and Amalfi Coast were closed. I googled and checked the news and there was no mention of this so called accident. After requesting a full refund I was only offered 15%. I will continue to write bad reviews for this company as also will be getting my attorney involved.

The Vatican City is an amazing experience but our tour guide Iman made it UNFORGETTABLE!!! I cannot say enough great things about how much effort and attention and humor he puts into the tours it will be a day we never forget!!!!

Totally worth it!
Iman was a fantastic guide!! He was very personable and made the tour entertaining as well as insightful. I did not realize how much more you get to see as a part of a guided tour as opposed to self guided. Iman pointed out the best photo opportunities for several stops. My husband and I are not religious people, but I am grateful for the experience and the energy of the tour. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved the Murano glass...
Loved the Murano glass factory - the guide and owner were accommodating letting us as an extra see the glass blowing apart from the hand hewn glass The Burano was boring -just a shopping trip way too long I would have liked to know this before booking- literally two minutes watching a lovely woman just stitch ! And the rest of time more souvenir shops- not interested at all!

Comfortable, Knowledgable, and most of all BEYOND beautiful
Some of the best photos we've taken in Italy after exploring almost all of Rome! Seriously LOVED it, the tour in Pompeii was interesting, but the Coast and City was beyond gorgeous, it looked straight out of a movie with not much crowd. The busses were incredibly comfortable I ended up sleeping the full time and the guides were friendly and knowledgable! I would reccomend this as a day trip when your done with exploring rome!

I recently took a small group guided tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica, and while the experience was undeniably breathtaking, it's important to go in with realistic expectations. The Highlights: * Unparalleled Art and History: The sheer volume and quality of art within the Vatican Museums is staggering. From ancient sculptures to Renaissance masterpieces, every corner reveals something extraordinary. The Sistine Chapel, of course, is a must-see, and seeing Michelangelo's work in person is truly humbling. St. Peter’s Basilica is equally impressive, its grandeur and intricate details leaving you speechless. * Knowledgeable Guide: Our guide was fantastic. He was passionate, informative, and adept at navigating the throngs of people. His insights into the history and significance of the artwork significantly enhanced our understanding and appreciation. Having a guide made the experience so much better than trying to navigate it on our own. * Skip-the-Line Access: This was a huge plus. The lines to enter the Vatican can be incredibly long, and our tour allowed us to bypass the queues, saving us valuable time and energy. The Challenges: * Overwhelming Crowds: This is the biggest caveat. The Vatican is incredibly popular, and even with a guided tour, you'll be navigating through dense crowds. If touring in 2025 (Jubilee Year), be prepared for a somewhat claustrophobic experience. * Fast Pace: To cover so much ground in a limited time, the tour moves at a relatively brisk pace. You won't have much time to linger in any one area. This is a trade-off for seeing everything, but it can feel rushed. Overall: Despite the crowds and the fast pace, the Vatican tour was an unforgettable experience. Our tour started at 8am and there was a noticeable difference in crowd size as we progressed. * Wear comfortable shoes: You'll be doing a lot of walking and standing. * Listen to your guide: They will give you the best information and help you navigate the crowds. * Take your time after the tour: If you have time, consider revisiting St. Peter's Basilica after the tour to explore it at your own pace.

Normandy trip
Great trip to do Normandy in one day 13+ hour day but very well worth it. The bus was comfortable made stops every two hours. Daniel and Ash were very knowledgeable on the Normandy invasion. Ended the day at the cemetery, which was fitting very emotional really brought to light how many people lost their lives in this war. Highly recommend a trip to see the beaches and the museum. We stopped for lunch, which was also very good.

Disappointed. Do the tour yourself.
Angry and disappointed. I was at the meeting point on time but couldn’t find the group, tried to contact the tour operator via the app a few minutes before the tour started. Then contacted the company via WhatsApp and asked for help, it took them more than 20 minutes to contact the tour guide and let me know that even though I was already thru the security check and in line for tickets, I was not able to join anymore, nor I am eligible for refund. I was not a careless no show, it caused me lots of stress and anxiety, and now I’m stressed about the tour I booked with them tomorrow. Unreasonably overpriced tours, hard to find at the meeting point, don’t recommend. Do the tour yourself and save money.

We had a great time. Mateo was a wonderful guide. We loved seeing the glass making on Murano and lace making on Burano. Favorite stop was the pizza on Burano. Nice lunch before returning to Venice.
