Normandy trip
Great trip to do Normandy in one day 13+ hour day but very well worth it. The bus was comfortable made stops every two hours. Daniel and Ash were very knowledgeable on the Normandy invasion. Ended the day at the cemetery, which was fitting very emotional really brought to light how many people lost their lives in this war. Highly recommend a trip to see the beaches and the museum. We stopped for lunch, which was also very good.

Lourve Museum.
Well informed guide Martha gave us tons of information regarding history and artworks! It is nice to be in the largest museum on the world with more than 1/2 million artifacts.

What a wonderful tour! Our guide. Francesca was funny, smart and no nonsense! She gave us wonderful context to the history of the Colosseum with honesty and history. Getting into the Colosseum was easy and a great tour overall. Recommend!

Excellent art historian guide!
Florence was a phenomenal guide. She was so knowledgeable and also was able to navigate the crowd at the Louvre which was unusually dense the day we attended. I would have liked to have spent more time seeing the art with Florence if it had been less crowded. My only criticism of the tour was the difficulty finding the tour group at the Arc de Triomphe du Caroussel bc it was so crowded and so many tours were meeting there. We needed a more specific site or feature to find CityWonders.

History comes to light
This tour opened our eyes and minds beyond what we were taught in our school years excellently and knowledgeably guided by Sabine.

Disappointed. Do the tour yourself.
Angry and disappointed. I was at the meeting point on time but couldn’t find the group, tried to contact the tour operator via the app a few minutes before the tour started. Then contacted the company via WhatsApp and asked for help, it took them more than 20 minutes to contact the tour guide and let me know that even though I was already thru the security check and in line for tickets, I was not able to join anymore, nor I am eligible for refund. I was not a careless no show, it caused me lots of stress and anxiety, and now I’m stressed about the tour I booked with them tomorrow. Unreasonably overpriced tours, hard to find at the meeting point, don’t recommend. Do the tour yourself and save money.

Routes Fort Lauderdale
Had the worst customer experience in my life at the Routes in Fort Lauderdale. Not only did they want to charge us $375US extra than our original booking but the "manager" on duty was rude, yelled at several customers and demanded that I speak in English, instead of French, with my husband and a fellow customer. When I said that I had a right to speak in any language that I wanted, he told me that it was a private property and that I needed to leave if I wasn't going to speak in English.

Experiencia inolvidable
Una experiencia que realmente vale la pena!! Te lleva todo el día pero visitas muchos lugares interesantes con toda su historia! Nos tocó un guía estupendo. El almuerzo no es gran cosa. Había 3 opciones para elegir pizza, fish and chips o ham and chips. Lo que sí las paradas para comprar desayuno y snacks por la tarde eran muy cortas, en esos 20 minutos tenías que ir al baño y comprar, en ambos lugares mucha fila ya que paran micros con mucha gente. Vale mucho la pena es una experiencia inolvidable.

If you think you’re booking an guided tour, look elsewhere
This tour is not what is advertised. There is no guide to the tour as described. They just give you a QR to scan on your own phone to walk round by yourself. No headsets provided as stated in the description. The guide just gives you an entrance ticket, walks you to the back of the queue and then leaves. That’s it. Very disappointed.

Really interesting, bit creepy but very enjoyable and educational.Tour guides Sabina & Alessandra were exceptional. Made the experience fun and rememberable would definitely recommend. 👌👍

Definitely do this tour. It was just magical. Absolut worth it !!!! Would do it again but recommend an early morning time slot so that staying on after the tour is easier (our time slot finished at 6pm ... we could have stayed on till 10pm). The guides were awesome with loads of interesting facts and so happy to be working there (all are Potter fans :) ).

Great Guide for Changing of the Guard Tout
Great tour guide!!! He knew so much and had great stories. Knew the schedules of the guards and the best places to stand for good views! Really enjoyed the tour with him. Wish I could remember his name!

Fabulous tour - don't miss this event!
Great tour! We had Nathan and he was fabulous. Confusion on the website on picking up tickets at a separate location - we couldn't find the pick up spot but all we needed we our vouchers we got on line when we met at the start of the tour. This is a sight not to be missed!

Tour guide was lovely and...
Tour guide was lovely and entertaining throughout the tour. There wasn’t much provided in how to get to St Peter’s basilica however, it was great to skip lines and for our guide to provide information on the artworks (many without information available to the public) which was very insightful.
