Bien mais contrat de " inclus non inclus " non respecté

Bonne visite dans l'ensemble .Très déçus pour le déjeuner! Dans la réservation ,on ne précise pas vraiment le déroulement pour la journée: vésuve ou Positano. Le déjeuner est pourtant inclus ...si ce n'est pas inclus ,rien n'est vraiment dit pour le trajet Positano. Nous n'avons eu que le choix de prendre un repas expéditif à consommer rapidement sous un kiosque avec pas assez de places...désagréable !!! Pas même de café proposé ! Sinon Sonia très bonne guide fait tout pour nous rendre cette visite agréabble ! Visite Pompéï enrichissante mais un peu expéditive pour la fin : on demande des explications et on ne répond pas vraiment !L'heure c'est l'heure ! Bon c'est un tour opérator. POSITANO : explications inexistantes mais on se remplit les yeux de cette côte almafitaine. Pardonné!

Really a great value, fantastic trip to Pompeii and Positano. A very knowledgeable and caring guide. Positano is very hilly and lots of steps so be prepared to walk lots of uphills. Pompeii is very historic and also lots of uneven ground so be careful

Experiencia inolvidable

Una experiencia que realmente vale la pena!! Te lleva todo el día pero visitas muchos lugares interesantes con toda su historia! Nos tocó un guía estupendo. El almuerzo no es gran cosa. Había 3 opciones para elegir pizza, fish and chips o ham and chips. Lo que sí las paradas para comprar desayuno y snacks por la tarde eran muy cortas, en esos 20 minutos tenías que ir al baño y comprar, en ambos lugares mucha fila ya que paran micros con mucha gente. Vale mucho la pena es una experiencia inolvidable.

Routes Fort Lauderdale

Had the worst customer experience in my life at the Routes in Fort Lauderdale. Not only did they want to charge us $375US extra than our original booking but the "manager" on duty was rude, yelled at several customers and demanded that I speak in English, instead of French, with my husband and a fellow customer. When I said that I had a right to speak in any language that I wanted, he told me that it was a private property and that I needed to leave if I wasn't going to speak in English.

Well informed guide Martha gave us tons of information regarding history and artworks! It is nice to be in the largest museum on the world with more than 1/2 million artifacts.

What a wonderful tour! Our guide. Francesca was funny, smart and no nonsense! She gave us wonderful context to the history of the Colosseum with honesty and history. Getting into the Colosseum was easy and a great tour overall. Recommend!
