No boat trip
Was picked up at the pick up point, got to where we were supposed to start the boat trip, but no boat and no boat trip. Have requested a full refund.

Barbara and Roman were great guides for us. Spent a whole day at Pompeii and Positano with them, and our whole family had a great time at each location.

Lorenzo is the best!
Lorenzo was an amazing tour guide. He knew so much history about the locations we were visiting. He was cognizant of time, but also didn’t overwhelm us. He was very punctual and made all the time deadlines. He made sure we had accountability of all participants during the entire visit. He’s the best!!

Great tour guide, not enough time
The meeting location was NOT well described. Plus the tour was not offered by Viator but by another company. We were lucky to find the group. Also "skip the line" does NOT mean no waiting. As a result we only had about 15 minutes to look at the church, which was disappointing. However the tour guide Iola was wonderful. Very knowledgable and well organized.

La hora de la cita no es para entrar, es para llegar al punto de encuentro, llegamos a tiempo y una hora después era la entrada, ósea como si hiciéramos el mismo tiempo en la fila, también no explica bien que debes llevar audífonos, mi celular perdía la señal, fue tan difícil esa aplicación

Amazing
We enjoyed the tour, it was amazing! Lake Como was beautiful and the food was delicious. The tour person was nice and knowledgeable. We had a good amount of time to enjoy it by ourselves as well. We loved Switzerland as well!

Mt. St. Michel was amazing to see.
There just wasn’t enough time to really appreciate the monastery. This was NOT the fault of the guides or tour company. It is VERY far from Paris, so it seems we spent more time on a cramped bus than visiting the site. So as long as you are realistic about the time, you will have a good visit! Our guides, Mathild and Lawrence were fantastic! No complaints on them…Highly recommend them for any tour. Knowledgeable and friendly. The biggest negative, besides not having enough time on site was the bus! I usually fit anywhere as I’m only 5’, but even I was uncomfortable, especially for the amount of time on the bus.

Nice but robotic experience due to large number
Tour guide Chiara and Bus driver Julian were great. We were told about the time frame and schedule ahead of time in terms of what to expect etc. The only thing I would like to change is that the company should’ve disclose the number of tourist that we were going to accompany which was around 100 sitting in a large size bus. Getting out and in would take so long. The lunch/wine tasting was robotic. I mean serving 100 people in a large dining hall takes skills with no presence of private of personal experience. I believe they offer private tour which I came to know later and would’ve booked one for my family

A great day trip to commemorate US WW II war heroes and learn about the historical DDay at Normandy !
Good story telling my John with context and with the right momentum. He seemed to be very passionate and well read about all WW II topics. We spent good amount of time in the museum and the cemetery and also at the location where the historic climb happened . This was a very informational tour and anyone who is passionate about world war history will enjoy it. The lunch provided was sufficient and accommodated to vegetarian diet. All in all I would highly recommend this tour

Great Tour Guide
Fantastic tour! Bus and drivers were comfortable and made for a very nice trip. The highlight was our tour guide, John! He was extremely relatable and just an easy listen. Clearly knowledgeable about the extensive history of D-Day and France in general, he provided us with a lot of newfound information and we loved every minute!

Mont St Michel Day trip
This was a great tour. Our guide Onome was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to understand. It is a long day but they did a great job of having some breaks along the way. I would highly recommend this tour

Informative & Emotional!! John was a great guide !
Informative and emotional!! We Really enjoyed the day we spent with John.. he kept us on a strict schedule which allowed us to see so much. This tour really could have been a 2 day tour but we didn’t have that kind of Time. However it did give us a taste of everything… the drive back was long due to traffic but we knew the day was going to be long. The walking wasn’t too bad at all.

A very long road trip, but the rewards of seeing and experiencing Sorrento and Pompeii was well worth it.

John did such a great job! He was knowledgeable and entertaining. It takes a special kind of person to keep a bus full of people happy and willing to continue to follow directions. Not to mention trying to keep track of everybody the entire time! He has a quirky sense of humor and we loved hearing his stories!

Loire Valley Trip
The trip was amazing and the views were stunning! Loved hearing the history of the Loire Valley and the castles we toured. It’s the perfect time of year to go because the castle grounds are in full bloom and just as pretty as the castles themselves. We had lunch in Blois and it was such a pretty town. Only downside is that we went on a Sunday and all the shops were closed.
