Great tour, would recommend
Great tour of forum and colosseum. We booked with Giorgio and he was excellent. He knows the history and the sights, with local anecdotes.

Enchanting!
Salacia (Elena) cast a spell on me as soon as I climbed aboard her luxury vessel. Her mellifluous voice enchanted me as we cast off towards Burano and Murano. She was full of knowledge. She never rushed us. We always felt that we were in good hands. I thought the 6 hour tour may have been too long for some of my party, but time passed so quickly. Elena is a Godess.

Great 3 hour tour!
This tour was well organized and executed, and our guide Urs did an excellent job! Meeting point was easy to find, equipment to hear the guide worked well, and the information was very good.

Must see!
Our tour was fantastic! I don’t remember our guides name, I’m sorry (April 5th at 10:30AM) but he was so informative and very knowledgeable about everything we saw. We first went to Palatine Hill then Roman Forum and finished at the Colosseum. The tour was about 3 hours and worth every penny. I highly recommend!

Enlightened Walk
Guide was very knowledgeable and easy to follow. He brought our attention to the most noteworthy points of interest. He was great at navigating us through large crowds, keeping us together, and taking some shortcuts which eliminated wait times.

Great Experience
You don’t have to wait nearly as long as other visitors. Only way to go. Stairs are not for the faint of heart! Ami was wonderful and caring. Well informed.

Beautiful place but over crowded. Would recommend but inform of situation
The travel to the palace & back was comfortable. The guides were knowledgeable. The palace was beautiful for what we could see but was extremely crowded!!!! The groups should have been spaced out more so that each group could have enjoyed the rooms before the next group came in. Waaaaayyyy too many people in at one time. There was supposed to ba a strike at the palace the next day, so perhaps they over booked because of it. Would like to go through it again

2 walled cities, wine, and lunch
We loved our day with Sameh! The trip was a bit too crowded (every seat taken on the large bus) but other than that it was so fun and beautiful. Sameh is really funny and easy to understand. The cities were wonderful to see and the wine was great too! Montepulciano was my favorite!

Unforgettable experience
John was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience exceptional. Enjoyed listening to his explanation of the events of D Day and his vast historical knowledge of events that led up to the day.

Excellent tour guides
Our guides Sam and Ray were amazing- knowledgeable courteous and both told great details about Normandy related to the war and also about the region as well- highly recommend! The lunch spot was fast and tasty!

Fascinating and a great "behind the scenes" tour
We really enjoyed our tour of the Doge's Palace with our guide Anna. Her passion for her city and the Doge's Palace was infectious and we learned so much about the history of the city. I hadn't realised when I booked the tour that we had a private tour of the "behind the scenes" rooms of the Doge's palace so we saw the offices where the day to day administration of Venice took place and the old jail, which made the "new" jail look luxurious by comparison. We then had time at the end of the official tour to see the public rooms of the Doge's palace, which meant we could take it at our own pace. My husband doesn't usually enjoy trips like this, but even he said how much he enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service!!
Unfortunately due to no fault of our own our first tour ran late so we arrived 5 minutes late, on calling the tour operator they said to bad. I asked about rescheduling but they want another 40 euro each, so we lost just over $370 Aud for the two of us. The customer servicecwas a disgrace!!!

Beautiful photo ops!
This is a fast-paced tour with 3 major stops going from the bus, then to the local train to get to Cinque Terra destinations, then back on the bus to Pisa. The beauty of Cinque Terra alone was worth the trip. Witnessing the Leaning Tower of Pisa was a sight you will never forget. This tour is not for someone who likes to meander at a slow pace. I gave it a 4 star rating because everything is so fast-paced with limited time to really dive in. Our tour guides were very nice but their English was difficult to understand. I would have liked to hear more historical facts about our destinations. It was also a bit unnerving to make it to the train platform. The guides did a good job making sure we were all together.

Nice but robotic experience due to large number
Tour guide Chiara and Bus driver Julian were great. We were told about the time frame and schedule ahead of time in terms of what to expect etc. The only thing I would like to change is that the company should’ve disclose the number of tourist that we were going to accompany which was around 100 sitting in a large size bus. Getting out and in would take so long. The lunch/wine tasting was robotic. I mean serving 100 people in a large dining hall takes skills with no presence of private of personal experience. I believe they offer private tour which I came to know later and would’ve booked one for my family

John did such a great job! He was knowledgeable and entertaining. It takes a special kind of person to keep a bus full of people happy and willing to continue to follow directions. Not to mention trying to keep track of everybody the entire time! He has a quirky sense of humor and we loved hearing his stories!
