Loire Valley Trip
The trip was amazing and the views were stunning! Loved hearing the history of the Loire Valley and the castles we toured. It’s the perfect time of year to go because the castle grounds are in full bloom and just as pretty as the castles themselves. We had lunch in Blois and it was such a pretty town. Only downside is that we went on a Sunday and all the shops were closed.

Excellent tour guides
Our guides Sam and Ray were amazing- knowledgeable courteous and both told great details about Normandy related to the war and also about the region as well- highly recommend! The lunch spot was fast and tasty!

Overall a good tour but issues with the guide
The Pompei tour was amazing, and the guide for that site was fantastic. We also loved our driver. But Flavio, the general guide, seemed inexperienced and left more than one person behind without providing the promised 10-minute grace period. I traveled with my sister and we do not live in Italy and are not familiar with the language. After waiting in a long line for the restroom before entering the Pompei ruins, we returned to the meeting site on time and Flavio left us behind. We were frightened and anxious, and only found Flavio and the rest of our group after receiving guidance from a restaurant worker and another guide we happened to see near the building distributing radios. When we asked Flavio why he left us behind he stated it was chaos and that it didn’t matter since we found him. He then told us he asked a third party if they saw anyone in the bathroom before leaving and they said no, which is why he left. He never expressed remorse. For two ladies visiting an area so far from Rome, being abandoned was terrifying. Flavio did not apologize and then proceeded to tell the group he had lost 3 other individuals during the tour and left them behind as the bus drove off. I have always tipped my tour guides and this is the first time I could not do so. I did, however, tip the driver. Flavio’s flippant disregard for our safety and feelings was inexcusable. For the duration of the trip, my sister and I were terrified of being left behind. We paid a significant amount of money for this trip and we deserved more from our tour guide. While all other aspects of the trip were wonderful, Flavio’s deficient leadership left us disappointed. Please train your guides to be sensitive to the vulnerable position that your clients are in. They trust them to make them feel safe and must rely on them as they navigate through a country that is new to them. Guides must make a reasonable effort to locate individuals they cannot find - asking a stranger if they recall seeing someone in the bathroom is not reasonable. Guides should be using a checklist with names to see if someone is missing before departing from a meeting site and have a client’s phone number on hand to call them in case they are lost. That is not too much to ask under the circumstances. Thank you for your consideration. Adriana Cara

It was not overall a bad experience but bus driver thought he’s doing Paris-Dakar ride…, looking at his phone while driving . Guides were good, castles like in a fairy tale.

Fascinating and a great "behind the scenes" tour
We really enjoyed our tour of the Doge's Palace with our guide Anna. Her passion for her city and the Doge's Palace was infectious and we learned so much about the history of the city. I hadn't realised when I booked the tour that we had a private tour of the "behind the scenes" rooms of the Doge's palace so we saw the offices where the day to day administration of Venice took place and the old jail, which made the "new" jail look luxurious by comparison. We then had time at the end of the official tour to see the public rooms of the Doge's palace, which meant we could take it at our own pace. My husband doesn't usually enjoy trips like this, but even he said how much he enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend.

Nice but robotic experience due to large number
Tour guide Chiara and Bus driver Julian were great. We were told about the time frame and schedule ahead of time in terms of what to expect etc. The only thing I would like to change is that the company should’ve disclose the number of tourist that we were going to accompany which was around 100 sitting in a large size bus. Getting out and in would take so long. The lunch/wine tasting was robotic. I mean serving 100 people in a large dining hall takes skills with no presence of private of personal experience. I believe they offer private tour which I came to know later and would’ve booked one for my family

Great Tour Guide
Fantastic tour! Bus and drivers were comfortable and made for a very nice trip. The highlight was our tour guide, John! He was extremely relatable and just an easy listen. Clearly knowledgeable about the extensive history of D-Day and France in general, he provided us with a lot of newfound information and we loved every minute!

Mont St Michel Day trip
This was a great tour. Our guide Onome was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to understand. It is a long day but they did a great job of having some breaks along the way. I would highly recommend this tour
