Royal Rumors!

Louise was the best guide we’ve ever had! She was so knowledgeable and had a fantastic sense of humor! I loved how Louise “spilled the tea” with fun facts about the Royal Family! A terrific tour!

A must see trip for all Americans. Hope you get a slower talking tour guide.

This is a must see trip. Especially for Americans. We had a nice Mercedes buss, with an onboard toilet. It was a little over 3 1/2 hour bus ride each way, but with a restroom stop both ways. It was great seeing the museum and wonderful seeing the American landing sites at Utah and Omaha Beach. The Normandy American Cemetery is beautiful and well maintained. There are over 9,000 young Americans there who never returned home. True heroes. The lunch was good and well organized. It was a nice little restaurant in a harbor area. We had cod with plenty of fries, apple cider to drink and a piece of apple pie for dessert. On the way to the museum and beaches, we drove by several monuments, memorials, and statues but the guide was talking so much, he seemed to forget where we were at until he noticed the driver slowing; then he would quickly mention it; often after we we were nearly past. (So, most had no ability to get a good photo.) At one point, as we whizzed by another point of interest, I asked if we could drive more slowly to get photos. The tour guide spoke fast, with a fairly heavy accent. I admire the fact that he is able to speak multiple languages, but It seemed his greater desire was to impress us with his knowledge, rather than to truly understand his audience. The bus was all Americans, (mostly older) and I'm sure with a fairly good knowledge of American history. However, the guide talked NON-STOP for 75 minutes starting with WWI, going all the way up to D-DAY. Wow! At the lunch stop I asked if he could turn the volume up and speak more slowly, but nothing changed. I think he forgot. Certainly, tour guides need to be knowledgeable, but there's no need for them to unload it all their knowledge. Maybe talk for ten minutes and ask if anyone has a question.

It was certainly worth...

It was certainly worth it! Our guide was very knowledgeable, approachable and answered all questions. It can be overwhelming to do this by yourself with so much to see. She involved the children in the group.

Strongly recommended

Highly informative. Without the guide’s knowledge, Colosseum wouldn’t have the same meaning. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience

We had a fantastic tour that included visits to two charming towns in Cinque Terra and a stop in Pisa. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide, Anella, was exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly and clear with her instructions. One highlight was a recommendation of a local restaurant in Cinque Terre that features local cuisine. Her insightful commentary added so much depth to our experience. I highly recommend this tour.

Engaging and Informative Eiffel Tower Climb with Hendricks!

We did the Guided Eiffel Tower Climb with Hendricks and had a great experience! Our tour started early at 9:00 AM, and even though we had to wait about 30 minutes for the tower to open, it didn’t feel long at all. Hendricks kept us engaged by sharing the history of the Eiffel Tower and asking fun, interactive questions along the way. He was very informative and answered all our questions with ease. The tour was well-paced and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Hendricks as your guide!

Coliseum Group tour

Our tour guide was AMAZING! I totally recommend Cory Wonders tours. We went to the tour on 4/20 at 16:30. I can’t remember his name, but he speaks fluent English and Italian. He is from California. Anyway, he was GREAT!

Walking tour

The tour was interesting but it was stressful finding the location and the tour guide at the beginning. The description should be to meet at the horse statue on Pont Neuf, not at 15 Rue de Pont Neuf. Also our guide did not have a sign or any identification to help us find him. He did a fine job of dispensing interesting stories and information along the way.

Once in a lifetime tour!

Our tour of the Louvre with Addi was incredible. Addi took us to all the must see attractions in the museum and she offered a lot insight to the different paintings that we would not have known about without her personal guidance. She was friendly, funny, and insightful. We really loved this tour with her and it was a small group despite being such a busy day at the Louvre, we saw all the must see items.
