Normandy tour

Very moving experience. It was a very long day, but our tour guide Adomae from Nigeria made it very nice. She spoke beautiful English, extremely interesting and quite humorous.

A stunning day trip!

Wonderful day trip to Murano and Burano and our guide was very knowledgeable and lovely. We all really enjoyed visiting these islands and so glad we did it.

Must-do Colosseum History Tour

Sylvia was great, friendly and engaging. Learned a lot about the history, fun facts and architecture. Would highly recommend her as guide.

We had the best time on this tour! We had approximately 15 people on our tour and it was so perfect. The boat was delightful. Glass blowing and showroom in Murano was exquisite. Lacemaking and exploration in Burano can’t be beat! A lot of people I know only went to Murano when they came to Venice and many people miss Burano. Don’t make that mistake! Book this trip and you won’t regret it. Worth every penny.

Short and sweet, but at least we saw it all

The guide was very knowledgeable and nice. The demonstration for glass was ok. I was expecting a bit more time with the glass factory , but they did give the option of staying or going to the showroom. The lace demonstration was a bust. Your description should say that in some of the shops, you will find lace makers that you can watch and ask questions instead on making a big deal of a demonstration. Although, Burano was the better of the two islands to walk, eat and shop. We would have liked to have a bit more time there.

Terrible guide and tour

The guide spoke too fast and did not always make sure the whole group was together. She didn’t give us opportunities to take pictures. Often people in the group would be taking pictures and then try to scramble to catch up with the rest of the tour. She dumped us “outside” of the Sistine chapel making it sound like the next door was the chapel only for us to walk for another 40 minutes through various galaries before getting to the Sistine chapel. She gave us no information on how to either get to the gardens after or exit. Just made us return our radios and then walked with two-three of the people in the group, continued to talk to them and ignored the rest. Truly not worth the money for the guide. I could have bought an audio guide and toured the Vatican at my leisure. Instead I felt rushed, ignored and then dumped. Definitely would not recommend.

Perfect Day in Venice

We had a wonderful time going to Murano & Burano with Silvia! 🤩 I would absolutely recommend a tour with her, she was very friendly, lively, and knowledgeable! This tour was one of our favorite experiences in Italy so far. Silvia also gave us great recommendations for places to see in Venice, like where to get good food and good views of the city. Épouvantable très déçus guidé centré sur les bâtiments nous n’avons absolument rien vu de la relève de la garde hormis à la périphérie et par nos propres moyens - il s’est dit désolé que nous soyons très loin pour voir !!!! Notre petite fille a été très déçue et nous n’avions pas payé pour cela nous avons quitté le groupe mauvaise expérience

Our tour guide Antonino and driver Giovanni were beyond fantastic! Super knowledgeable and kind. The only part I did not enjoy was the lunch were I felt it was not really a wine tasting because they did not explain the flavor profile or explained each wine; as well the pasta served was super soft (over cooked) even though the place and story was lovely, it was clearly very touristy focused with groups going in and out as fast as possible. The rest of the tour was super nice!
