It was a beautiful trip...
It was a beautiful trip along the coast. Alberto was very informative and Adamo made sure we got around safely. The guide in Pompeii was very informative and did a great job helping us understand how Pompeii came to be such a thriving city!

A must do!
Great experience if you're a fan of Monet's work! A must do! Our guide Madeline was very nice, but the time in the garden, the house and the village was a bit too short for our taste.

Die Tour war sehr gut Organisiert und geführt. Es gab kaum Wartezeiten und unsere Reiseführern Rosarria was sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Informationen über die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Wir haben über diesen Reiseanbieter auch schon eine andere Tour gebucht, nach Pompeji. Welche ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Stefano our driver was incredible, he had a lot of knowledge to share and answered any questions very well. He took very good care of us, gave great information for exploring Positano and a very kind gentleman. Roberto our guide in Pompeii was also great he had a lot of knowledge and organized his tour very well.

Excellent morning in Rome
Even if you didn't like the movie or book this is an excellent tour. Mauro, our guide, did an outstanding job describing and touring us through the churches, piazzas, St Peters Square and Castel Sant'Angelo. Part of the trip was on foot, a ride was provided between most stops. Excellent views of Rome from the castel top. We even stoped for Rome's most iconic pastry, (Maritozzi) it was delicious. Thanks Mauro for a great day!

Beautiful Breakfast at the Vatican
What a great experience. We attended the day after the Pope passed and the mood was a little somber. Firstly, the coffee served at breakfast has to be the best in Rome, God’s coffee. Nothing else compares. Seriously. The City Wonders guide is an art history major and provided so much detail on what we were seeing and its context. That alone really made this an excellent tour. I highly recommend! We moved quickly through the mandatory lines and then used our time to explore the details that we were interested in. Excellent tour!!

Informative and memorable.
Our guide John was very knowledgable. He provided a comprehensive pretext about the war, individual battles and, referenced books/movies for additional insight. We were also given some free time to explore on our own at each site. We enjoyed the tour and recommend it for anyone, including people with good historical knowledge.

Tour was a Bust, Dinner Cruise was Amazing!
The venue was not available and poorly established! We could not find organizers and the manager and staff at the Louvre indicated they had a problem with this vender. The staff implied they thought it was a scam and should be reported! We are doing that here! We have asked for a Full Refund for this venue. We did pay @ $1000 to participate in a Seine River Dinner Cruise later that day and it was marvelous!

AMAZING tour!! WELL WORTH skipping the line!
Our guide Anna was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and very good at guiding our group of 25 ppl skillfully! We saw the original stones that lined the moat, an Egyptian sculpture, Greek and Roman statues… and so many other lovely items: French crowns, Fr. jewels and the Mona Lisa!!! THANK YOU!!

City Wonders Dark Heart of Florence Tour
Stefano was a great tour guide for a Saturday Evening in Florence. We had just arrived, and this was a great introduction to the historical centre and to some of the notable families and stories of the City.

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and very much enhanced our enjoyment of a lot of the pieces. Understanding the history and a lot of the nuance of the different paintings and sculptures was great. Simultaneously, going with a tour guide, you get to skip the line!

Great tour! Full of highlights
Gregory with City Wonders was AWESOME! He provided the basic information that we could hear many other guides saying, but he pointed out prime paintings and sculptures that they missed and what made them so special. The individual headsets not only afforded us the opportunity to hear the information, but we were also able to find him in crowds as he gave EXCELLENT directions that we could follow without being able to see him.

There is no better way to see the cemetery then with John. His knowledge of history, and the people whose graves we visited was unmatched. He was absolutely great and one of the highlights of our trip!
