Highly recommend this tour. It’s the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of Paris and enjoy some quiet whilst still learning and exploring. Our guide, Carole, was the highlight of the whole experience. A great storyteller who was full to the brim with facts, she completely made our tour. A must-do for your time in Paris.

Overall, it was amazing. So enlightening and educational. Our guides helped keep it light-hearted, and they were very insightful. The Pompeii tour guide was knowledgeable, as well, he lightened the seemingly long tour with humor. Being in my mid-sixties, and my husband late-sixties, it was taxing on our legs but worth it.

Eduardo was a super amazing tour guide! He kept us entertained throughout the trip and his in depth knowledge helped to bring the tour to life. My son who is often bored on tours was highly impressed with him too. The history of Rome, Pompeii and other aspects such as Italy foods was fascinating. Eduardo even provided recommendations for authentic Italian foods, gelato and other delicacy. Thank you sooo much for a wonderful time!!! Highly recommend.

After a long tight bus ride we encountered a very long wait for the shuttle to St. Michel! Our guide suggested it might be faster to walk for an hour which we did! The castle was so crowded with very tight stairways that several of our party could not make it to the Abby! We had to walk back to the bus location as the shuttle lines were extremely long! I suggest that you match the trip to Normandy with a visit to St. Michel in order to avoid the duplicative very long bus ride from Paris!
