Maria (AM) and Sylvia (PM) were fantastic guides!
Morning tour: Maria did a great job sharing her love and knowledge of art throughout the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s, answering all questions. In particular she oriented us before the Sistine Chaoel, maximizing our time and enjoyment. Afternoon tour: Sylvia did an excellent job of sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm of St. Paul Outside The Walls, St. John Lateran and St. Mary Major. She did a great job of connecting Church history and the contributions of the popes as they shaped these three papal basilicas. Both guides were fun, extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their subjects. Highly recommend these tours and the guides. Great job, ladies!

Huge waste of money!
Thoroughly disappointed in this tour. We payed nearly $155 extra to have arena access, and we only got fifteen minutes in the special access area. The first ten minutes we were given a lecture about events that took place in the amphithéâtre (we would eventually hear the SAME lecture an hour later), and only given FIVE minutes to enjoy the arena on our own. The “upgrade” cost us $10 a minute!!! We also selected the upgraded tour because we were lead to believe that we would be in a group of no more than ten people….but no. They had us unite with a larger group, making it 25 guests in total. Being part of a large tour group really sucked the experience out for us. We couldn’t hear our guide through the little speakers they give you, so we were barely able to retain any information. I feel absolutely ripped off. Do not pay for the arena floor access if you’re expecting a small tour group!! I wouldn’t recommend the tour at all, actually! Just get an audio guide—you’ll have to listen to your tour group leader through a speaker anyway.

Perfect Tour
Tour was excellent and everything went according to plan. All the castles and towns were beautiful, and the history was explained perfectly by our tour guide, James. He did an amazing job making the tour both enjoyable and engaging.

The Best way to see the Amalfi Coast (but a really long day)
This is the best way to see the Amalfi coast; however, it is a very long day. The bus ride is approximately 3.5 hours one way and then you have to take a ferry three times. This leaves approximately 90 minutes in Positano and then Amalfi. It is reported that you have two hours at each port; however, with the unloading of the ferry and then needing to get in line 15 minutes early to board the ferry it is not really two hours. The views were amazing and the ports were nice but it is a very long day for the short amount of time you are given at each port.

Wonderful experience
This was a great trip getting to see two places unlike anything I'd seen before. Nazli was an awesome guide in the Palace of Versailles and she made the experience much more meaningful by explaining the rich history and artwork. Lara was lovely and helped us make the most of our visit at Giverny. I loved learning more about life in France through her stories and chats!

Silvia was a great guide through the palantine hill, Roman forum and colosseum. The sites were all amazing and she brought them to life with a lot of enthusiasm and knowledge of Roman history.

Beautiful
The Cinque Terra and Pisa trip from Florence was a beautiful and iconic experience. Our guide Nathan was a great tour guide and gave key photo taking tidbits. Both Cinque Terra and Piza are breathtaking!

Jean great guide
Excellent experience with Jean as a guide, he was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Italy and Tuscany. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a taste of Tuscany.

Amazing experience filled with rich history from three different sites. Would definitely go again when back in France. Our tour guide James knew everything about the sites and more. Very insightful experience throughout.

A proper amount of time...
A proper amount of time to see both places. However the audio devices were horrible and had a very hard time hearing. The guide, while passionate, was not a good communicator.

Vivianna was amazing she such sweet guide. Very human and helpful. Very knowledgeable made the experience so much more fun. She was taking care of all of the group including me who was not at my best shape. If you get viviana rest assured you are in good hands

Horrible experience with their customer service. It is pouring in NYC, they are not canceling the tour, and will not refund us. Do not use this company unless you want to give your money to scammers.
