The guide we had did a great job bring us through an incredibly crowded Vatican. I would warn people that it is way too busy these days. My friend and I both got sick that evening and are still fighting. Whatever we got there. It was not the guy’s fault.

Our tour guide Cosimo was amazing! Very knowledgeable and knew his way around the museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica! He was very welcoming and friendly. We appreciated all the reminders sent by Viator. Check in was very smooth. We had an excellent experience and will book through this agency again!

Vatican tour with a great tour guide.
The Vatican tour is spectacular. Our tour guide Chiara was excellent. Shewas a wealth of knowledge and answered all our questions. This was a semi-private tour with only 6 in the group. We were able to move at our own pace and soak in all that the Vatican had to offer. Highly reccommended, be sure to ask for Chiara!

Good Tour
The tour within the Basilica was excellent. Are host was very helpful and very informative and super good personality and spoke loudly and always made sure the group was together would highly recommend her to others. The scavi tour guide was very hard to hear. She spoke very softly and I heard maybe 10% of it. If she could speak up more would have been much better. Or since she is so soft spoken, we should have had audio ear piece

A wonderful Host made a Wonderful experience
I booked a tour with Get your Guide and we were hosted by Rachele Maria. She absolutely made the whole experience. Her knowledge, friendliness and humour allowed the whole group to bond and feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better host, she answered all questions and attended to everybody individually in addition to us all as a group. The trip was great value for money; visiting Murano and Burano alongside plenty of sightseeing on the boat. I went on my own and I did not feel alone. It was just the right amount of time between guided visit and own exploration. I was looking forward to this trip but it exceeded every expectation I had. Our group was small (22) and things moved at a lovely pace. I would recommend anybody who is looking to explore more than Venice city to go on this trip. I would even go on the same one again in the future and get a different view of each place. So glad I booked. Don't even feel nervous if you are solo, it was no problem and I'm usually nervous doing things on my own!

Great Tour
Easy meeting place to find. Started on time. Maria-luisa was a brilliant guide. She took everything at a great pace. Was very informative and knowledgeable. Really appreciated the large photos allowing us the imagine how things used to be. There was ample time to take photos at great vantage points. Marie-luisa made sure everyone on tour was looked after. Learnt so much more having experienced guide. Thought 3 hrs was about right. Could stay on afterwards at Forum if wanted. Definitely recommend

A nice day to Murano and Burano away from the crowds of Venice.
Christina was an excellent guide. She explained what we were doing and made sure everyone understood the plan and meeting times. She provided plenty of information and suggestions for lunch, gelato or shopping.

We had a great experience! By far our best day in Italy. We saw some of the most beautiful views of our trip. Great food and drink as well. Jonathan was a fantastic guide!!

Great day in Tuscany
My wife and I wanted to see the Tuscany Hills area during our trip to Italy. This was a great trip to see several areas throughout Tuscany. John was our guide and he did a great job. He provided great information with in depth history but made it very interesting as he is natural storyteller. We visited the town of Montepulciano which was a beautiful medieval town on the top of a mountain. The tour of the city was great fun and very interesting. The high light of the day was a wine and food tasting trip to Pulcino Winery in the Tuscany Hills. The food and wine tasting experience was great and we got to meet the two sisters who own this winery. Overall this was a great day away from the city allowing us to see and experience the beautiful Tuscany countryside. At the end of our day , our guide John walked through the tour bus and asked if he could answer any questions from our trip or any other areas from our visit to Rome. This was very helpful to many people on the tour and just shows the caring personality of our guide John.

Self guided would be better
Getting in by skipping the line was the only positive. After 2 hours of very long winded speaking on items that could be read in a textbook, our group broke away and maneuvered thru the crowd for 30 minutes to finally get into the Sistine Chapel and marveled at its beauty. Also Had trouble understanding her broken English thru the headset
