Overrated in my opinion. It's overcrowded and we've been standing in line for the majority of our time in the castle. The park outside is gorgeous, there's a medieval town/shows for kids. The castle is beautiful but it was ridiculously busy we were unable to enjoy it.

Nice castle, its good to have seen it, u might find the entrance fee a bit high for the things u see inside. There are few rooms that are really focussed on the Vampire lore. Another negative part is that its really crowded inside. U cant really enjoy and take time because of the people behind u.

Not much about Drakula. Can have more info or rooms related with this. It was very good that we saw a film about Vlad Dragular in his initial fortress. So room her make more sense.

Beautiful medieval castle which played a part in Romanian Royal Family. Once you visit, you can see a medieval fortress turned into a cozy house with secret staircases, nooks and small rooms. Part of the exhibition is devoted to the Romanian Royals and part to Bram Stoker's Dracula. There are no queues to get the tickets - you can buy them online or in one to the ticket machines at the entry to the gardens (before you enter the castle's premises there is a market with souvenirs)
