Pedro our guide was incredible. He speaks so many languages and has so much unique knowledge about the castles and area - he told us the best ways to maximise the time at one stops, pointed us to some scenic viewpoints for photos and he waited exactly where he said he would be so everyone knew where to go. Pedro made the trip 10x more enjoyable. The castles are amazing - I’ve seen a few in my travels and these are some the most jaw dropping places I visited.

La comodidad y la amabilidad de la guía Felicia y del conductor Philip. El recorrido es un poco apretado de tiempo, especialmente por los horarios de visita a los castillos.

Excelente paseo por lugares de ensueño. Muy bueno el transporte (todo nuevo) y muy cordial el trato del chofer y de la guía. Solo una sugerencia: sería interesante poder implementar en el colectivo el sistema de audio en diferentes idiomas. Tienen toda la tecnología instalada; no debería ser tan complicado. Si bien sabíamos que las explicaciones eran en inglés, a los que no lo hablamos, aunque lo entendemos, se nos perdían muchos detalles. Cuando el chofer se comunicaba a través del micrófono, no se le escuchaba absolutamente nada. La guía se esforzó en facilitarnos todo, pero hay momentos de la excursión en los que se complica mucho para una sola persona, sobretodo en la entrada a los castillos. Por lo demás, todo salió espectacular y RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE esta excursión

The tour itself was lovely the bus was very nice and snacks where great. What I want to talk about is the activities them self, particularly as it relates to others in the chronic illness community. I have some chronic health issues that make walking painful. There is a good amount of walking on this trip but what they don't say in the activity details but I found on Google and why I was even willing to sign up for this is that for the first main castle you can take a shuttle bus to the top and walk (mostly down hill with a slight uphill at the end) for 7eur instead of having to walk uphill for 40 min. And you can take the horse carriage downhill. There were still alot of stairs in the castle but that really helped me manage my energy usage and be able to participate since I knew I'd only really have to worries about the castle itself. I wish it was listed in the activity section but hope this helps others like myself
