Our guide, Patricia, and driver, Smiley, were excellent. Very highly recommend this trip to anyone - have done so many GYG trips all over the world and this is in the Top five! Harburg castle is absolutely exquisite and Rothenburg on der Tauber is just beautiful. Easy to navigate and a real treat. The transport was faultless and very comfortable, with our driver doing a fantastic job. Patricia was fun and super-engaged the whole day and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

Wir hatten die asiatische Tourguide Michelle. Die Tour wurde auf Deutsch gebucht. Michelle konnte sehr gebrochenes Deutsch. Ihr Englisch ist im laufe des Tages immer schlechter geworden. Sie hat Stress verbreitet. Hat man sie nicht gleich verstanden, so wurde sie pampig und genervt. Bestes Beispiel hierfür ist, dass sie mitgeteilt hat, dass wir uns um 15:00 Uhr vor dem Schloss Eingang treffen. 15:02 Uhr muss sie rein gehen. Wer schon vor 15 Uhr da war, hat mitbekommen, dass sie schon in den Schloss Hof reinging. Andere Teilnehmer aus der Gruppe standen aber noch (wie vereinbart) vor dem Eingang. Dabei war es nicht mal 15:00 Uhr. Regt sich aber dann auf, dass diese vor dem Eingang stehen. Informationen waren ungenau, fehlerhaft und unkonkret um seine Freizeit zeitgemäß planen und gestalten zu können. Auch wurde durch Michelle deutlich gesagt, dass es keine durch das Schlosspersonal durchgeführt deutsche Führungen gibt. Laut offizieller Website gibt es aber dieses Angebot.

Excelente tour, recomendado, hablaban 5 idiomas en la excursión. Fuimos atendidos de manera excelente. Español, inglés, italiano, alemán.

An outstanding excursion and an excellent choice for anyone interested in history and culture. The life of King Ludwig II is truly fascinating, as he was a unique and extraordinary personality. Visiting his castles is, in my opinion, one of the must-see historical experiences in Bavaria and Germany. The VIP coach fully lived up to expectations, offering sweets, fresh fruit, and coffee throughout the journey. The driver was extremely careful and professional, making the long trip very comfortable. Our guide, Ursula, was one of the best guides I have ever had. Exceptionally knowledgeable, she combined historical facts with fascinating anecdotes about the life of the monarch, bringing the story vividly to life. Despite the length of the excursion, she managed the schedule perfectly and was always available to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, this was a memorable experience that I would highly recommend.

Guide hat super und viel erklärt und auch immer alle mitgenommen. überraschend war das nach der Allianz Arena die Sitzplätze im Bus nicht so waren wie vorher auf der Tour. Obwohl wir unsere Jacken und Taschen liegen lassen sollten/Konnten, waren dann nach dem Wiedereinstieg plötzlich andere Leute auf den Plätzen gesessen.
