Let me start by saying the guide and driver were excellent. My low rating is for the cost/value and duration of excursion. We were at Neuschwanstein for 4 1/2 hours. Way way too long. I didn’t do the castle tour but even if I had it’s too long a day at that one location. Would have preferred 2 hours and returned back.

I had a fantastic day, one I'll remember for a long time! This tour is exceptionally well-organized and has a perfect and very interesting program. The bus is comfortable, the guide is knowledgeable, and the driver is safe. You see the most beautiful nature and culture: along the way and during the stops. I enjoyed every second of it! The organisation of the trip was good. However we did find the guide quite rude to passengers who did not speak English. Just talking louder at them doesn’t make them understand. Also his appearance and personal hygiene was poor. His knowledge of the castles was rather vague.

Great trip, one to remember for a lifetime. The actual tours felt a bit rushed, but that has nothing to do with the guide/tour company. The tours provided by Neuschwanstein and Linderhof are time limited because they are so popular. I'd do it two more times if I could!

Fantastic experience! From the super comfortable bus to the snack bar to the door to door service i highly recommend. Going with this tour made everything stress free from having to figure out directions, parking, and timing. Courtney was an amazing tour guide and i learned more from her than any guidebook could provide. Mr Z handled the bus like a true professional and also made great coffee. Could not have been any better and it made the day truly memorable! Great job to Courtney and Mr Z!
